浅析职业院校创新创业平台建设及资源整合的研究

摘 ;要：职业院校创新创业工作通过近几年的建设，国家高度重视，通过各个行政主管部门的大力支持和配合，得到了突飞猛进的发展，创新创业平台如雨后春笋般地涌现出来，创新创业平台的建设应从哪一方面突破、如何资源整合等成为现在职业院校创新创业平台所遇到的问题。进一步提高职业院校大学生创新创业人才培养质量，推进创新创业工作，调动广大师生参与的积极性，创新创业平台的建设及资源整合就显得尤为重要。

Abstract： Through the construction in recent years， the country attaches great importance to the innovation and entrepreneurship work of vocational colleges， with the strong support and cooperation of various administrative departments， it has been developed by leaps and bounds. Innovation and entrepreneurship platforms have sprung up like mushrooms. In which way should the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship platform break through and how to integrate resources become the problems encountered by the innovation and entrepreneurship platform of vocational colleges. To further improve the quality of Vocational College Students' innovation and Entrepreneurship Talent Training， promote innovation and entrepreneurship work， mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers and students to participate， the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship platform and resource integration is particularly important.

1 ;回顧历年来职业院校创新创业平台及基地建设情况及问题

职业院校在申报各类创新创业平台之前，因申报需求，有些条件尚未达到要求，特别是创新创业平台社会化、专业化、市场化的运营数据缺失严重，“种子基金”来源不够明确，资金使用痕迹不清晰，硬伤较严重。创新创业平台的实际运营、财务、税收情况、企业的资金扶持等数据都不能满足创新创业平台的要求。创新创业基地及平台以学生项目入驻以孵化为主，现阶段的房租和管理费很多学校都是免费。运行基地及平台现存在运营主体受限，且不明确，收入较低，纳税额模糊，收入难以佐证，建设举步维艰等问题。创新创业平台中项目扶持、政策落实、总收入、运营成本、纳税额、企业入驻情况、创业团队情况、数据统计、企业数据、纳税
