The method is applicable to textiles in any form (fabric yarn fibers)

在室温条件下，用pH计测定纺织品的水萃取液的pH值

At room temperature ,the pH value of water extract of textiles is measured by the electrode .

精确称取三份2g样品

Accurately weight three portions of two gram sample (the error should be less than 0.05 gram)

把样品剪碎，剪成5mm*5mm

Cut the sample into small pieces of size 5 millimeters multiply 5 millimeters

将每份样品转移至烧瓶中，加入100ml去离子水并封口。

Transfer each test sample into the flask

Add 100 milliliter of distilled water into the flask and seal the bottle.

手摇30s使样品充分润湿

Agitate the flask by hand for about 30 seconds to ensure that the sample is properly wetted out.

机械振动2h

Shake the mixture by the oscillator for 2 hours.(under the water surface about 10mm)

将第一份萃取液过滤后，放入pH计等读数稳定

Decant the first extract into a clean flask and immerse the electrode until the pH value stabilize.(do not wash the electrode)

将第二份萃取液过滤后，放入pH计读数。第三份同样记录读数

Filter the second extract and record the value .Also record the third

value.(0.1pH unit)

计算平均值

Calculate the mean value (report the result to the nearest 0.1pH unit)

Calibration curve(the error is less than 0.02 pH unit)

Calibration check (every batch samples)

Reagent blank (pH value is between 5.0~7.5 pH )

Duplicate sample check(<0.02 pH unit)
