黑色金属的特性和处理

The mechanical characteristics are specified with symbols aggreed by A. F. N. O. R. (French Industrial Standards Authority).

机械特性用已经同意的A. F. N. O. R.符号的表示（法国工业标准认证）

The values are valid for measured characteristics, as follows : 检测特性的值通过以下来确认：

∙on the parts for steels,

∙on normalised test specimen separatmy treated for iron and with complementary measures of hardness on piece.

1.Density treatment处理级别

T0without treatment or indication of treatment 没有处理或按指示处理

T1cold-worked 冷加工

T2annealed or normalised 退火或常态

T3treated for H 800~1 000Mpa (80 à 100 daN/mm²)处理后HRC23~32.5

T4treated for H=1 000~ 1 200Mpa (100 à 120 daN/mm²)处理后硬度HRC33~38

T5treated for H =1 200 à 1 400Mpa (120 à 140 daN/mm²)处理后硬度HRC38~42

T6treated for H =1 400 :Mpa - Hardness (Brinell布氏, Vickers韦氏, Rockwell洛氏)

and other possible characteristics to specify on drawing 硬度(布氏,韦氏,洛氏)和其它可能特性在图纸上指定

2.Surface treatment and anticorrosive protection 表面处理和防腐蚀保护

T7Superficially quench hardened (induction, flame) 表面淬火硬化（高频、炉中）

T8superficially thermochemical hardened : 表面热化学硬化：

Carburised, carbonitridised (always followed by quenching)渗碳、碳氮共渗（与淬火一块处理）

Nitration (for construction steels : preceded by T3 or T4)).渗氮（用于结构钢：在T3或T4之前做）

Arcor ( see notice ) : 阿可处理（见注释）

Anyway, precise the type of treatment on drawins as well as the depth of the coat for taking in account during machining ( the sizes on the drawing are the ones to be machined ) .

不管怎样，按照图纸上的要求选择处理的精确形式，在加工时考虑涂层的深度（加工时按照图纸上的尺寸）

T9Treatment for other states, (imperatively specified on drawing) 其它的处理（特殊要求见图纸）

Ex : Phosphatization (crystallin- zinc or manganese), elektro zinc plating etc. …

比如：磷化（镀锌或镀锰），镀锌板

Or for all other special processes (according to the mark)

或其它具体的工艺（根据标志）

Ex : Oxytop, tennifer, etc ...

例如：Oxytop, tennifer等
