浅谈施工企业工程项目管理

摘要：目前，我国的土木行业正在以迅猛之势发展，一座座高楼拔地而起，一条条道路四通八达。在建筑发展如此迅速的今天，作为建筑行业的一份子，如何做好项目管理工作，成为十分重要的话题。本文主要从我国的建筑行业的施工企业中的一些基础特点进行分析，进而研究整个施工企业的项目管理，对实施过程中存在的问题进行相关的探讨与研究。

abstract: at present, our country’s civil industry is rapidly the trend of development, a tall buildings have sprung up, a road extend in all directions. in building such rapid development today, as a part of the construction industry, how well the project management work, be a very important subject. this article mainly from the construction industry in our country the construction enterprise of some of the basic characteristics are analyzed, and then we study the whole construction enterprise project management, implementation of the problems in the process of the discussion and the research to provide.
