试析王广亚博士办学理念和教育思想

摘要：著名教育家王广亚先生在60年的办学实践与探索中，形成了丰富的教育思想理论体系：“伦理、创新、品质、绩效”的办学理念，“勤俭、朴实、自力、更生”的成功校训，“爱

国爱校、宁静好学、礼让整洁”的成功精神、“好的师资、好的设备、好的制度、好的管理、好的福利”的办学原则和“三三三制”的办学特色等。把这些理论体系用于指导我们的办学实践，将会为民办高等教育事业的发展起到极大的促进作用。

Abstract： The famous educator Mr. Wang Guangya formed a rich educational theoretical system at 60 years of school running practice and exploration： educational philosophy of "ethics，innovation， quality， performance"， success motto of "thrifty， simple， relying on oneself，rehabilitation"， success spirit of "loving state and school， quiet and studious， courteous and clean"， the school running principle of "good teachers， good equipment， good system， good management， good benefits" and the school running characteristics of "Three-Three-Three system" and so on. To guide the school running practice by these theories will play a significant role in promoting the development of private higher education.

0 引言

王广亚博士是享誉海峡两岸的著名教育家，一生致力于民办教育事业，先后在海峡两岸创办了十所不同层次的学校，累计培养学生数十万人，办学成就蜚声海内外。2004年，为振兴

家乡高等教育事业，回馈桑梓，投巨资创办了郑州成功财经学院。经过十年的快速发展，如今的校园，环境优美、设施先进、教风严谨、学风浓郁、校风优良，展现出良好的发展态势。笔者有幸大学毕业之后就进入王先生的教育机构长期从事行政管理工作，在办学理念和教育思想的浸润和熏陶下，体会到人生的意义和价值。特别是近五年来，近距离追随王先生工作学习，感悟至深，受益匪浅。在学院建校十周年之际，结合笔者工作实践，试对办学理念和教育思想谈一些思考与体悟。
