低碳城市建设视角下城市新区规划思考

低碳城市建设视角下城市新区规划思考摘要：快速城市化加重了资源的消耗和对城市周围环境的破坏，对城市进行规划和建设时需要尽可能降低这些影响，城市规划的理论研究和实践越来越注重低碳生态方面的考虑，在城市建设中，编制低碳城市规划或引入低碳理念已渐成趋势。本文结合城市新区规划与建设实际，首先简要阐述了低碳城市、低碳城市规划的概念，对国内外低碳城市的理论研究和规划建设实践进行了回顾和总结，并指出建设低碳城市新区意义重大，提出低碳城市新区规划主要应关注城市形态、土地利用、产业发展、能源利用、交通模式、城市建筑等方面，并针对低碳城市新区规划的定位、理论研究基础、低碳城市新区评价指标体系以及低碳城市新区规划的实施等方面进

行了初步探讨，以期探索可持续的低碳城市新区建设发展模式。
