There is a growing concern over the firecrackers recently, and it has been a controversial topic all over the world. Some people hold the view that it is a good thing to let people set off firecrackers in that it will play a good publicity in special days and enhance the festival atmosphere. Moreover, the firecrackers can bring happy feelings to people for its fantastic view. However, the opponents argue that as the primary source of noise pollution in residential area, the firecrackers should be banned without doubt. In my humble opinion, the firecrackers should not be banned but it should be decreased.
There are some reasons accounting my view. To begin with, it is the air pollution caused by the firecrackers that draws so much resentment. Burning firecrackers produces some harmful gases
