PubMed收录中国期刊名单 周庆辉 （中西医结合学报杂志社） 2009年8月6日 PubMed现收录中国期刊共106种，其中大陆编辑或出版的期刊89种，台湾省12种，香港4种，澳门1种。见表1。 2008年PubMed新收录中国期刊4种，它们是：Chinese journal of cancer，为《癌症》的英文网络版，2008年创刊；World journal of pediatrics（《世界儿科杂志》），英文版；《中国骨伤》，中文版；Journal of integrative plant biology（《中国植物学报》），英文版。 关于表1的其他说明： （1）Pediatrics and neonatology（《儿科学与新生儿学》，英文版）原名Acta paediatrica Taiwanica（《台湾儿科医学会杂志》，英文版），2008年改用现名。Journal of molecular cell biology原为《分子细胞生物学报》（中文版），2009年改为英文版，改用现名。Molecular plant（《分子植物》，英文版)）于2008年创刊，代替原《植物生理与分子生物学学报》(中英文版)。 （2）近年来，不少中国出版的科技期刊，特别是英文版科技期刊，采用了与国外出版商合作出版的模式，其出版单位已转换为国外出版商。故在PubMed数据库中，这些期刊的出版地大都写成了国外出版商所在的国家，而非中国。因其编辑部仍在中国，故我们仍将它们归属于中国期刊，表1列出的是编辑地。 （3）少数期刊PubMed收录了，但MEDLINE没有收录。由于PubMed更被广泛使用，故表1列出了目前仍在出版的被PubMed收录的中国期刊。 （4）《中国应用生理学杂志》PubMed 1997年开始收录，只收录至2000年第4期，2001年以后未收录，但该杂志未曾被美国国立医学图书馆（NLM）退出。 （5）Journal of digestive diseases（《消化病杂志》，英文版）由中华消化病学会和中华医学会上海分会主办，但在澳大利亚的Carlton South由Blackwell出版。 （6）打开PubMed网页（https://www.360docs.net/doc/4e11914484.html,/entrez/query.fcgi），可用表中列出的“PubMed 使用刊名”或ISSN检索各期刊被收录的论文。在“PubMed使用刊名”一栏中，英文版期刊列出的是英文刊名的全称，中文版期刊列出的是中文刊名的汉语拼音（NLM使用的中文刊名形式）。中文刊名后未注明语种者均为中文版。

Instructions for authors Chinese Medical Journal (CMJ) is an international, peer-reviewed general medical journal published in English semimonthly by the Chinese Medical Association and distributed worldwide. Manuscripts are welcome from any part of the world. MANUSCRIPT INFORMATION Manuscript requirements Manuscripts submitted to CMJ should meet the following criteria: the material is original; the writing is clear; the study methods are appropriate; the data are valid; the conclusions are reasonable and supported by the data. Manuscript submission Authors are required to submit their manuscripts online at https://www.360docs.net/doc/4e11914484.html,. Previous publication or duplicate submission Manuscripts are considered with the understanding that they have not been published previously and are not under consideration by another publication. Copies of possibly duplicative materials that have been previously published or are being considered elsewhere must be provided at the time of manuscript submission. Previous presentation A complete report following presentation at a meeting or publication of preliminary findings elsewhere (e.g., an abstract) can be considered. CATEGORIES OF ARTICLES CMJ publishes editorial, original article, review article, medical progress, brief report,viewpoint, case report, letter, and many other categories of articles. Topics of interest include all subjects that relate to the practice of medicine and research. Editorial These are usually commissioned, however, unsolicited editorials are welcome. We are keen to consider editorials or ideas for editorials from authors outside China. Editorials should be up to 2000 words long with no more than 25 references. Viewpoint Personal views are welcome and the length should be 1000–3000 words (not including tables, figures, and references). Authors of this type of articles should sign their real names; no anonymous pieces are published. Case report Authors usually describe one to three patients or a single family. The text is limited to no more than 2500 words, and up to 15 references. Clinical solutions The articles are evidence-based reviews of topics relevant to practicing physicians. Articles in this series should include the following sections: case report, clinical overview, strategies, clinical difficulties, and author’s personal opinions. The text is limited to 3000 words and a small number of figures and tables. Images for diagnosis Authors can provide here with typical images of common or uncommon medical conditions.
