邮箱是google 7G企业邮箱,给人感觉非常正规,貌似自己可以设置很多的子邮箱的,比如sales,info,marketing等等。

另外容量比较大基本不用考虑删除邮件等问题了,稳定性也比较好,不会出现收发邮件出现困难等情况由于主机在美国的缘故吧,我问了好多些客户,网站打开的速度相对国内那些而言是相当的快地

签名:

邮件标题:一般采用简单的单词组合,比如客户目前网站上所的产品名称或者型号

或者是您所的产品与客户的配套(比如你客户是冷压端子的,那么我们工具是与之配套的产品)

这点可以有效的帮助客户在最大程度上打开您的邮件查看

另外有时候要提高客户的回复或者造成一种假象,可以标题前面加: RE:

给客户的感觉以前好象跟你合作过的似的,这方法还是挺管用的

邮件显示名:这点必须严重注意下!好多外贸业务员估计到现在为止还不了解自己的名字为啥。

我装过好多次老外去套国内供应商的FOB价格,结果名字显示有中文公司名,有中文人名的,有英文人名,非常的崩溃

但是却很少有显示英文公司名字或者缩写的。

你可以试着用目前的邮箱给你的QQ邮箱或者Gmail邮箱,或者Yahoo发封信看看,就知道的了你所显示在别人那里的名字。

备注: 邮件名称可以在邮箱的设置里面更改的!注意点是别太长也别太短,最好给各种常规的国际使用的邮箱都发封信看下,就知道你所需要命名的长度了

比如YueQing Vanfo Electric Co.,Ltd 作为邮箱名称发过去的话,Gmail 只显示到YueQing Vanfo Electric Co.,

那么我需要做出调整了,可以修改为: Vanfo Electric Co.,Ltd

这样子客户一看遍知道你是来自哪家公司的了

邮件正文:正文中最好别附带图片,即使万不得已附带,也不要超过200K,否则很容易被K掉

备注: Hotmail ,企业邮箱是最容易屏蔽此类直接插入邮件图片的邮件!

另外切记吹牛吹过头,什么证书都可以提供,什么质量最好,什么什么什么什么-------

别一个劲的吹自己,任何人天生对于吹牛者有一种很强烈的排斥感!

另外一点需要注意的是,别吹牛说自己质量NO 1,但是又说不出个所以然

会给人一种很无知的感觉,很不专业

签名:邮件的签名必须正规,并且尽量少用太多的links

备注: 最好别附带什么MSN啊,SKYPE啊, 网站哈(因为网址已经在正文中已经提到了),以及多个邮箱因为多个邮箱会造成客户一种感觉: 你是让我把寻盘发到哪个邮箱呢? 难道想让我全部抄送一遍?

另外一点是正规的公司是很少再签名中体现MSN之类的即时聊天工具的,所以还是不要为好

不然给别人感觉你是小杂店似的,并不是一家工厂

另外一点是如果你碰到很专业的客户,你们聊MSN,SKYPE 只会让你显得很无知

因为你是无法在这么短的时间内给客户一个满意的答复。

附件: 如果你准备带附件发送的话,那么附件的大小最好也别超过200K,以PDF文档为好

因为doc 和xls 很容易被病毒伪装,所以一般邮件对于这块的杀毒就比较敏感了

关于如何PDF文档的话,这个现在网上有很多流行的软件

你所需要注意的是压缩后文件的质量不要打折扣,但是大小又可以明显降的下来的那种

一般我目前200K左右的Word文档可以压到40K左右,个人还是比较满意的

邮件发送时间: 这个点很讲究!恩开发信不要选择在星期一发也不要选择在星期五发

开发信应该选择在周二到周四间,客户上班的时间来发!

因为星期一的话客户的邮箱工厂会塞满了邮件,一般只会先理正事的邮件

即使看你的开发信也会不怎么经意!星期五的话客户的心估计老早飞到假期去了,所以也可能不留意看你的信

对了,亚洲的可以在早上9点到11点左右,欧洲的2点到5点,美州的在晚上8点到10点

另外一点是不要在短时间内放送内容相同或者类似的邮件,否者会很惨--------
