提要：自2008年12月，大学英语四级网考试点考试已经举行多次。可以预期，在今后较长时期，大学英语四级网考将与纸笔考试并存。本文通过对比大学英语四级考试2006年修订版与2009年6月网考试点卷这两个版本的考试，比较它们在试卷构成、考试内容、题型设计、考试难度等方面的具体特点，预测实施网考将对大学英语教学产生的反拨作用，并就其进一步完善提出建议。

Abstract：Since December，2008，the CET Committee has held several Internet-based CET-4pilot tests．It is expec-ted that the Internet-based and the paper-based CET-4tests will coexist for a long period of time．Through a compari-son of the paper-based CET-4test as revised in2006and the Internet-based CET-4test as trialed in June，2009，this paper describes their test characteristics in test structure，test content，test format and test difficulty，predicts the backwash effect of the Internet-based CET-4test on college English teaching，and makes suggestions for its future im-provement．

前言
网络考试是信息技术和语言测试结合的产物。自2008年12月，全国大学英语四、六级考试委员会已经组织了五次大学英语四级网考试点考试；2009年12月，六级网考也实施了第一次试点考试。这标志着教育部实施的“基于计算机和网络的大学英语四、六级考试大型题库建设和考试系统建设”项目已经全面进入试点阶段（金艳，吴江2009），也预示着我国大学英语四、六级考试迈入了自其创建以来又一个重要发展阶段。由于四、六级考试对英语教学的巨大后效作用，教育部实施四、六级网考的意图毋庸讳言。一方面，网考将进一步推动基于课堂和计算机的新教学模式的广泛采用；另一方面，网考的考试设计原则、试卷构成和考试内容也将对教师的教学内容和方式产生强大的引导作用，成为深化教学改革的助推器。
鉴于目前大学英语四、六级考试一年的考生总数为1600多万，估计全面实施网考需要一个较长的过程。期间，网考将和纸笔考试长期共存。那么，大学英语四级网考是依据什么样的设计思路进行开发设计的？它与现行的四级纸笔考试到底有什么差别？两者是否等值？它的实施将对英语教学产生何种影响？本文通过对比大学英语四级考试2006年修订版与2009年6月网考试点卷这两个版本的考试，比较它们在试卷构成、考试内容、题型设计、考试难度等方面的具体特点，预测实施网考将对大学英语教学产生的反拨作用，并就其进一步完善提出建议。1．大学英语教学发展趋势与网考设计思路

Capturing your attention—and holding it—is the prime motive of most television programming and enhances its role as a profitable advertising vehicle. This had also resulted in an increase in the sheer number of advertisements to which audiences are exposed. Third, digital recording devices allow audience members more control over which commercials they watch. Newspapers After television, the medium attracting the next largest annual as revenue is newspapers. The New York Times, which reaches a national audience, accounts for $1 billion in ad revenue annually. It has increased its national circulation (发行量) by 40% and is now available for home delivery in 168 cities. Locally, newspapers are the largest advertising medium. Newspapers are a less expensive advertising medium than television and provide a way for advertisers to communicate a longer, more detailed message to their audience than they can through television. Given new production techniques, advertisements can be printed in about 48 hours, meaning newspapers are also a quick way of getting the message out. Newspapers are often the most important form of news for a local community, and they develop a high degree of loyalty from local readers. Radio Advertising on radio continues to grow. Radio is often used in conjunction with outdoor bill-boards (广告牌) and the Internet to reach even more customers than television.
