但是正所谓“不想当将军的士兵不是好士兵”。在前台主管工作职责方面，应该保证了本岗位各项工作的正常运行，能够以正确的态度对待各项工作任务，热爱本职工作，认真贯彻到实际工作中去。积极提高自身各项业务素质，争取工作的主动性，具备较强的专业心、责任心，努力提高工作效率和工作质量。
