货柜如果需要熏箱的话,其费用由租船人承担,熏箱时间算入工作时间

就是说在装卸港都采用码头习惯快速装卸的装卸率

LIGHTENING:减载。某些港口因吃水问题,对所靠泊的大轮有一定的吃水要求,,所以许

多大型船舶先在第一港卸掉一部分货物,使大轮达到一定吃水要求后再把大轮开到第二港

卸下余下货物。因为收货人要把第一港减载下来的一部分货物用小型的船舶运到他理想的

港口(第二港),这部分的运费就是驳船运费。

付款条件:所有的运费需要在装货完成后三天内付到船东指定的账户.在费用到了银行账上后,才可以给客户签发提单或做电放..货物上船后无论货物或船舶发生灭失与否都将视为船东已经赚取海运费且海退费不可以退回. 10. 港口习惯速遣率,也就是按照当地港口装卸习惯和速率但是如果船靠泊后因为货物或者单据问题不能装货,但不仅限于装卸,还包含例如浮吊、驳船,卡车,仓库等问题导致不能装船,租船人需要向船东支付滞期费DETENTION : USD10,000.00 PDPR, DETENTION IF ANY TB SETTLED W/IN 3 DAYS AFTER COMPLETION OF LOADING/DISCHRG AGAINST SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS, AT LDG PORT DETENTION TO BE SETTLED TOGETHER WITH FRT BEFORE S/R OF BSL.

目的地:(PDPR:按天计算,不足一天者按比例计算)如果到达目的港后如果产生滞期费需要再完成装货或者卸货后3日内付清。在装货港情况下可以在签发提单前与运费一起支付。费用是每天USD1000.如果不足一天按比例算。

11. THE CARGO SHALL BE RELEASED AGAINST ORIGINAL B(S)/L, CONGEN BILL TO APPLY. 根据正本提单货金康提单放货(现在都出94金康提单,这是一个散货租船标准提单)

货主在船舶靠港前以TLX/FAX/CBL(电放/传真/CBL)的方式递交NOR

13.CARGO TO BE DELIVERED/RECEIVED FSSHINC AS FAST AS VESSEL CAN LOAD/DISCH OTHERWISE DENTETION TO APPLY.TIME OF WAITING FOR TRUCK TO RECEIVE CARGO AT LDG/DISCHG PORT APPLY AS DETENTION.

14. ALL CARGO TO BE DELIVERED/RECEIVED IN SEAWORTHY CONDITION(PACKED FOR OCEAN SHIPMENT)WITH SUFFICIENT AND SUITABLE LIFTING/LASHING POINTS & LUGS, SHOWING CENTER OF GRAVTY, WHERE APPLICABLE, ALL OF WHICH TO BE CLEARLY MARKED.

所有的货物发送或接收在有海上风险的条件下(需按照海上运输要求包装)都是适合海上运输的。

15. CARGO IS FULLY STACKABLE AND OVERSTOWABLE.

货物要完全堆叠和拖拉。

SPECIAL EQUIPMENTS, IF REQUIRED, SUCH LIKE LIFTING SPREADER, BEAMS AND/OR WIRE SLINGS FOR LOADING/DISCHARGING HEAVY LIFTS ARE TO BE SUPPLIED BY SHIPPERS AND RECEIVERS AT BOTH ENDS.

如果装卸货物需要用到特殊的设备,如吊装设备,梁,钢丝绳等。需要有发货人或收货人提供。

16. SHIPSIDE TALLY TBF OWS ACCT,DOCKSIDE TALLY TBF CHTRS ACCT

船上理货由船东负责,码头岸边理货由租船人负责

17. OWRS AGENT AT BOTH ENDS 船东负责制定装货港以及卸货港的代理

18. COMBINE CARGO ALLOWED AGAINST REASONABLE STOWAGE PLAN

结合船制定合理的理舱计划。

19. IF ANY DUES/TAXES ON VESSEL/FREIGHT TBF OWRS ACCT, IF ANY DUES/TAXES ON CGO TO BE FOR CHTRS ACCOUNT. 关于运费的附加税费或是需要上交给政府的税费由船东承担,关于货物本身需要上交的税费由货主承担

20. LIGHTERAGE / LIGHTENING: IF ANY, SHALL BE AT THE ARRANGEMENT AND EXPENSES OF THE CHARTERERS,这个是说驳运或拖船条款,如果需要驳船作业的话,如果有需要,将由租船人安排以及支付费用

21. O.A.P : IF ANY, TBF CHTRS ACCT.如果船舶有超龄保险费用的话,由租船人(货方)负责。

22. ARBITRATION, IF ANY, AT HONGKONG AND ENGLISH LAW TO APPLY.如果有争议仲裁的话在香港使用英国法律。(这条是保护船东的。因为英系法律比较健全,相对于海商法历史也比较久,但相对保护船东更多一些)

23. G/A IF ANY TB ADJUSTED AS PER YORK-ANTERWEP RULES 1974 IN BEIJING

这条是针对共同海损的,大意是说如果发生共同海损需要遵循1974年的约克安特卫普规则这个对船方有利
