Task 1

不会出错的格式是:

Topic sentence (8-10'')+personal reasons (#1, #2)for example, you know这种造成“出戏感”的东西尽量不要出现

·如果觉得没话说怎么办?展开叙述方式:

1.Before/After形式。适用于讲某人/事物(对我的)重要性。

2.Personal elements。一个很好用的句型:it gives me/sb. a sense of **

我个人喜欢在考试中说两点,感觉会更有安全感一些,对于一些客观题理由也能说得更充分。毕竟考官要听的是你说理由,不是讲故事。两点论能更好地保证有效信息量。

另外,个别12题的题目设置可能要求说不止一点,比如曾看到版友问起,我举的例子是:

题目:advantages and disadvantages of students watching tv in dorms

i think allowing students to watch tv in dorms has both advantages and disadvantages. for the good part, watching tv is a beneficial way for students to get information on global news and current events. it helps to entertain students in their free times too since you can watch shows and movies. however, there are negative parts to it too, like it will be too distracting to have a tv around when you need to study for an exam or work on your homework. my roommate had to move her tv out because she said she spend too much time on it that it bothers her she can't finish her work every night.

思维模式和一点论相同,观点+展开解释+例子或细节,只是例子需要浓缩精练。无论是一点论还是两点论,都需要能支撑你观点的例子和细节。

Task 2

·如果觉得没话说怎么办?展开思路:

原因1,原因2;好处1,好处2;好处1,坏处1;别人1,自己1;同意1,发展1

task1,2 除非是题目中有要求(例:talk about the advantage and disadvantage题目就规定了要说两方面),说一点两点都能够拿高分,内容充实即可; 给出论点后用详实的论据,例子,细节来充实。make it personal make it real

Task 3 第三题考什么?对校园题材阅读和听力的理解和转述

·阅读阶段

第一步:结合标题迅速记变化(change, increase, renovate, expand, cancel, eliminate, discontinue, reschedule, no longer serve, cut back, etc.)。

第二步:围绕变化词,找出阅读主题句。

第三步:阅读1+2模式:学校的一个变化+两个原因/目的/附加信息(如要收钱等等)

·听力阶段:

(笔记)记下主导人的态度,与阅读中两点相对应的两个理由,主导人说明理由时涉及到的细节能听多少记多少。

·答题阶段:

Topic Sentence=笔记上的带变化词的主题句+从句说进阅读中的两点+However, ***doesn't like the plan+reasons #1, #2。

保证在30s内说完阅读内容和表明态度,为后面解释细节留够时间。

Task 4 第四题考什么?对学术题材阅读和听力的理解,总结复述,以及两者结合

·阅读阶段抓紧时间完成两个任务:

定位一个概念/定义,做笔记;略读全文。

·听力阶段记笔记,重点关注例证过程

(例子是怎样和阅读里的概念/定义结合起来的)。答题时对于这个结合点,最简单的结合方法就是加结尾总结句,如:this is how the example/experiment illustrates ***。自然一些的方法是在复述听力的过程中穿插概念,回扣题目

·第四题的听力有三种模式:一个大例子(the professor used his life example...),两个方面的例子,对比试验。对比试验通常对转述能力和总结要求较高;两个例子模式对细节要求较高;一个大例子模式最简单。

Task 6 第六题考什么?对学术听力的理解和框架性总结复述

·听力阶段:

做笔记;

了解课程模式:

常见模式有1. theory/concept→application

2. process→function

3. theory/concept→exemplification

·答题阶段:

基本内容为paraphrase听力内容,按照课程模式展开。一般是开篇总结+两点论,非常清晰的结构,两点下面分别复述例子。

考试经验:

Task1和2如果用两点式来答的话,可以有偏重。即可以将一个点讲得个人化,透彻一些,另一个在时间不够或不好展开的情况下,简略说明也可以

Task3-6考听力的比重很大。尤其要求听力中细节的把握与重现。我对付听力的招数是全文笔记,答题时即使引用了听力中的原词原句也没有影响我的分数,给同样爱读笔记的考生参考。但要注意就算是复述也要有不同侧重。

建议考前多练几套题,把自己常用的连接词,句式什么的固定下来。模板这东西见仁见智,结构要学,细节要弃。考前练习的最终目的是要把答题风格个人化。

托福口语Task1四类话题整合及思路整理 托福口语当中,task 1,2作为independent tasks,是很多考生比较头疼的问题。虽然它相较于后面的integrated tasks来说形式简单,给你一句话的题目直接说出你的思路即可,但是它所涉及到的知识面是非常广泛的,甚至会涉及到我们之前完全没有思考过的领域,甚至是不熟悉的领域。这就要求着我们在复习的时候对于不同话题的思路整理,包括相似话题的整合、以及陌生话题的思路扩展。 Task 1无非就是让我们描述一个与我们生活息息相关的一些事物,我们较为常见的一些话题可以简单来说归纳为四个字母——“OPPE”,及O(object), P(person), P(place), E(event)。 一、object类话题 根据以往常出的题目总结来看,object往往可以分为tangible object(有形物体)以及intangible object(无形无体)。 Tangible object,顾名思义我们能够看得见摸得着的实物,除了一些比较常规的special gift,meaning object之外,还包括出题者最爱考的一些关于book类的话题,即让我们描述最喜欢看的、或是读过的最有意义的一本书。另外,较为常见的一些题目还包括描述a song, a film, a painting, a photograph等题目。在这样的题目当中,很多同学因为不知道要说什么或是不熟悉这样的事物导致完全说不出或是表述不流利,结结巴巴说不到重点。在遇到此类题目,一个比较简单的思路就是不要纠结于一些大家都要知道的名著,我们完全可以从自己比较熟悉的一些话题展开,如自己画的第一幅全家福。另外,尽量避免每个人都在讲的一些话题,比如大部分人都在说《Harry Potter》,那我们如果换成《How to win friends》会不会好很多呢?一定不要给自己挖坑,怎么便于表述怎么来。 至于intangible object,较为常考的有让我们去描述positive invention,favorite subject,important characteristic等话题。在这里还是一样,就我们容易表述的说,每个想法列出两个关键词,再去展开就可以了,在这里表述以简单易懂为主,千万不要说一些高深曲折的大道理。掌握了这些素材之后,object类题目就没问题了。所以建议在考试之前,先把所有可能会考到的题目先过一遍,想到要说什么就已经成功了一半了。 二、person类话题 Person类话题在task 1的考试中形式不多,总结起来无非两类人,一种是我们比较熟悉的在我们身边的人,例如family member, best friend, favorite teacher, an old person you respect 等,由于这些都是我们较为熟悉的,所以比较容易想到,在表述的时候也较为简单。相对来说会有一定难度的就是第二类人——famous person名人了。在task 1,它有可能让你去描述一位你钦佩、喜欢或是想见面的名人,甚至给你规定一定领域。这是如果碰到一些不关注这一领域的就不太好说了。比如一些女生平时对体育不感兴趣,但考试的时候让你去描述一个你最喜欢的足球选手,那可能一下子就懵圈了。但是遇到这样的题目也不用怕,在我们备考时完全可以提前准备好相关素材,在考试的时候也不是任何领域都会考我们,常见的也就actor/actress, singer, spotsman, business man, leader这几类,所以就算我们不喜欢不感兴趣,只要我每个领域都想出来一个人就完全没有问题啦。 在这里给到两个我们凡事涉及到人都非常通用的一些素材思路,一是表述ta在专业领域上的卓越表现。比如ta是歌手,我们说ta歌唱得好,是演员我们说ta演技精湛,是商人我们说ta把公司
