“招牌”的话，那么实力就是“质量”，自己的实力怎样，“质量”有没有保证？那只有靠事实说话。现实生活中有许许多多的实例可以为此提供佐证。有人有学历，但有名无实，比如有些
持有学历的人，其动手能力、分析问题的能力、创新能力等让人确实不敢恭维，他们所表现

等于现在。学历很高的人，却不一定能适应现实生活，相反一些没有学历的人却能在现实生

机制上的原因，造成了一种“轻实力、重学历”的不良现象。而在一些真正重要的部门，你

划给我什么学历我都用，社会企业的资金发展机会是给那些有能力使它快速发展的人。对那
些没有为社会企业做任贡献拿着张学历就讲条件的人，我只想说对不起，我不会给你的学历买单！总之：能力比学历重要，凭学历找到的工作，可能会因为能力的不足失去这份工作；人
的成才可以有多种途径，按个性寻找发展的途径，才会让成长顺其自然。如果我们对一些学校了解的话，就会发现这样的问题，那就是有些学校学不到实用的知
