关于期末考试成绩登录的情况说明 本学期期末考试即将开始,登录成绩工作也将随之进行,请各位教师登录成绩时按以下步骤进行操作: 1. 使用360或谷歌浏览器登陆学院网站后进去教务处网站; 2. 点击在教务处网站右侧的教务管理系统; 3. 填写用户名、密码、验证码,角色选择教师。(忘记密码,请联系各部门教学秘书进行重置); 4. 在页面左上角点击成绩录入,选择课程,输入课程密码(详询教学秘书),进入系统进行成绩录入; 5. 成绩录入前请设置百分比,成绩录入完毕后,点击保存,确认无误后点击提交。 注意事项: 1. 登录成绩时,请随时注意保存。否则会出现因登录时间过长而无法保存,导致数据丢失的现象。(注:平时成绩、期末成绩必须同时保存,不可以只录入平时成绩就点击保存。) 2. 在成绩未提交前,成绩有误时可以更改;但是更改后,需点击清空总评成绩,让系统重新计算总评成绩,然后点击保存、提交。成绩一经提交将不能修改,如需修改,需填写《成绩更正单》,说明原因,经核查后方能修改。 3. 缓考的学生若有平时成绩的需录入平时成绩。(注:缓考由教务处认定,凡已办理缓考手续的学生,成绩备注栏会出现“缓考”字样,期末成绩默认为0。)
