医院大型医疗设备的购置流程

[摘要] 目的针对部分医疗机构大型医疗设备采购流程不严谨的现象，制定医院大型医疗

设备采购的规范化流程。方法通过医疗设备采购活动的实践、探索和总结，为医疗机构大型

设备采购流程的落实提供有效的管理方案。结果依照医院的医疗设备管理方案，规范医院设

备购置的审批流程、招标流程、明确各部门的责任和义务，避免设备的盲目购进，降低医疗设备购置成本。结论制定大型医疗设备的采购流程保证医疗设备采购管理规范化。

Procurement Process of Large-scale Medical Equipment in Hospital

[Abstract] Objective To make the standardized procurement process of large-scale medical equipment in hospital. Methods The effective management plan was provided for the implementation of procurement process of large-scale medical equipment in hospital by the practice， exploration and summarization of procurement activities of medical equipment. Results The approval process and bidding process of equipment procurement in the hospital were standardized according to the medical equipment management plan in the hospital， and the responsibilities and obligations of each department was cleared， and the blind procurement of equipment was avoided， thus reducing the procurement cost of medical equipment. Conclusion We should make the procurement process of large-scale medical equipment in hospital to ensure its standardization.

随着医学科学技术水平的不断提高，各种先进、精密、智能化的医疗设备不断涌现，促使医疗机构不断加大医疗设备投入[1]。医疗设备的科学化、规范化采购成为医院管理的一项重

要工作，大型医疗设备采购工作做到制度化、规范化、流程化，成为医院管理者的一项重要任务，做好大型医疗设备采购流程的规范化对于医院节约资金以及防止腐败具有重要的意义。
