一How to Keep Healthy

It's important for us to keep healthy. Here is my advice.

First, you should exercise at least one hour a day, such as running and walking. Second, have a healthy diet(饮食). Eat more fruit and vegetables. Try not to eat junk food. Third, you shouldn't spend too much time going online. It is bad for your eyes and study. Fourth, you’d better go to bed early and not stay up too late, because enough sleep is good for your health. Finally, be happy as possible as you can. Learn to smile at any time(随时).

If you do so, I believe you can keep healthy.

I often help my parents do chores. In the morning, I will make the bed and water flowers. They are interesting. In the evening, I often clean the room and take out the rubbish.

When I see the tidy room, I feel proud of myself. My parents are pleased with me. I think it’s our duty to help our parents with some chores.

My favorite thing
