摘要:[目的/意义]旨在为用户使用学术搜索引擎提供参考。[方法/过程]在文献调研基础上,构建基于用户体验的学术搜 素体系,///4个一,23个二,与定量的,

合实验分析法对微软学术搜索和百度学术搜索进行综合评价。[结果/结论]微软学术搜索学术搜索满意度评分持平,百度学术搜索有用性和易用性优于微软学术搜索,微软学术搜索优学术搜索,总体评分百度学术搜索高于微软学术搜索。提出学术搜索引擎应注重增加学术文献来源,提升检索功能,注重色彩搭配且界应简洁、合理,个性化服务应更智能和可 靠,注重用户整体体验效果。

Comparative Study on Microsoft Academic Search and Baidu Academic Search

from the Perspective of User Experience

Abstract: "Purpose/significance]The paper is to provide reference for users to use academic search engine. [Method/process] On the basis of literature investigation, the evaluation index system of academic search engine based on user experience is constructed, including 4 first-class indexes of usefulness, ease of use, reliability, satisfaction degree, and 23 second-level indexes. The paper adopts the comprehensive method of qualitative and quantitative analysis, and combined with the experimental analysis to comprehensively e-valuate Microsoft academic search and Baidu academic search. [Result/conclusion]The satisfaction scores of Microsoft academic search and Baidu academic search are equal, Baidu academic search is more useful and easy to use than Microsoft academic search but Microsoft academic search’s reliability is better than Baidu academic search’s, and Baidu academic search is higher than Microsoft academic search on overall scores. It is pointed out that the academic search engine should pay attention to increasing the sources of academic documents, improving the retrieval function, collocation of colors, simplicity and reasonableness of interface, providing more intelligent and reliable individualized service, and the overall experience effect for users.
