I’m Wang Hongmin. I’m9 years old. I’m in Class 2 Grade 3. Today I will tell you a story . The topic is Three Good Friends.
One day, a monkey rides his bike near the river. This time he sees a lion under a tree. The lion runs at him. He is afraid and falls into the river. He can’t swim. He shouts. The rabbit hears him. He jumps into the river. The rabbit swims to the monkey, but he can’t help him. Luckily, an elephant comes along. He is very strong. He helps the rabbit and monkey. Three friends are very happy. They go to the elephant’s home. Then, three of them become good friends.
So we should help each other,and we are all good friend.

我们科信小学是双语实验学校，培养双语口才是我们实施新教育的课题之一，
我们经常开展一些活动，如，英语口语表演、英语故事演讲、英语童话剧表演
等培养孩子的卓越口才。上面的故事是圣诞节期间，班级的英语故事演讲比赛

各位家长，大家下午好！
我是本学期担任四（1）班英语教学的韦老师，很多家长也许是第一次见到我，大家彼此间可能比较陌生。首先，我想和各位家长谈谈两个礼拜下来，我对这
个班级，学生英语情况的印象。这个班级的学生对英语学习的兴趣还是比较浓
厚的，这两个礼拜，从课堂中的反应可以看出。每次我用多媒体课件上课，学
生学习新知识的热情是高涨的。这说明，四（1）班的孩子在英语学习上拥有一定的优势。但是，本班学生整体动作很慢，不容各位家长忽视，两周多的学习
下来，只有×××、×××等5位同学，基本上课堂上能很顺畅地完成我布置
的练习。其他同学都是定定心心，一笔一划地书写，在第一个礼拜，黑板上的
词组抄写，我就发现，有很多同学在抄写词组的时候，喜欢看一个字母写一个
字母，这样以来，10个英文词组都要抄写5分钟左右。在某种程度上，动作慢，就是体现了某个知识点的不熟练性。
两周多下来，我们已经教了两个单元，第一单元在默写本默写过一次，在英语
纸上默写了1次，总体成绩一般。我带了3——6年级两个大循环，比较熟悉这套英语教材，知道学生在各个年级段，该掌握到怎样一个程度。四年级的英语
学习，在整个小学阶段处于一个绝对的主导作用，因为三到四年级的转换中，
对学生英语学习的要求发生了质的变化，也许，你的孩子在三年级的时候，英
语也没怎么多花功夫，也没去参加什么业余辅导或者培训，英语成绩基本在90
以上，甚至是95分左右。那么，随着时间的
推移，你会发现，你的孩子依然像三年级那样，回家后读读书、听听磁带，偶
尔看看做过的英语试卷，那么英语成绩并不会像三年级那么相对优异了。四年级，英语的背诵和默写是相当重要的，培养孩子一个背诵和默写的习惯，就是
在培养孩子对英语知识反馈的重要途径。所以，这归根结底，又会涉及到孩子
的作业速度。速度快了，时间就挤出来了，就有时间多背背多默默，那么，他
所学知识的较之前所拥有的，也就扎实了，这样，质量也就出来了。其实，这

篇一：三年级英语演讲稿 各位家长：晚上好，很高兴能有这样一个机会，能和大家进行面对面的交流。我是三年级四个班的英语任课教师，另外还教四年级两个班的英语，我姓顾。经过两个多月与孩子们的相处，我已经记住了每一个孩子的名字，并对他们的性格、学习能力有了一定的了解。今天我想就三年级的英语教学和这半学期在教学中存在的一些问题与各位家长共同探讨，以便更好地帮助孩子学好英语，用好英语，为日后的英语学习打好扎实的基础。 一、本学期英语学习的内容： 1.课本后的单词表是最基础的，而且加粗词更为重要，要求孩子能够听、说、认读。这就要孩子们回家去复习，消化这些单词。词汇是三年级考试的重要内容，一定要过关。 2.课文中的对话，日常交际用语。要求熟练，流畅地背出来，说出来。 三年级英语，是小学英语学习中一个重要的起步阶段。其实要学好英语，课上占40%，其余的60%还需要学生在课后不断的巩固，加深记忆。每个学生对新知识的接受能力是不同的，有的可能在课堂上就已经有了很深的印象，很难忘记，但这样的孩子毕竟还是少数的。大部分学生都只能是初步了解新知识，要真正接受新知识还需学生在课后多下功夫。所以，在学校我会尽最大的努力进行教学，但课余时间还需要广大家长大力配合。如：听录音跟读、背诵要家长多督促。如果孩子说“我已经会读会背了，不用听录音了。”那你千万别由着他，这是错误的想法和做法。因为通过模仿录音，孩子才能拥有准确的发音和纯正的语音语调，光凭自己的感觉来读来背，会导致很多发音不够标准或是很生硬，洋味不足。为了帮助孩子更好地学好英语，请各位家长配合完成以下工作： 1. 要重视孩子的英语家庭口头作业，我一般每次课后用校讯通的形式进行发送，没有英语课的日子也可以让孩子进行自主预习或复习。确保孩子每天边听录音，边跟读单词、课文，要读出声音，而且要用手指去点着读，这样有利于提高他们对单词的认读能力。我发现有个别孩子这方面的能力比较弱，如果出示实物和图片，他能脱口而出说出单词，跟他用英语口头交流，他也能对答如流，但是呈现单词或句子让他认读，他竟一无所知。这次期中考试中，head\hand, ear\eraser, who are you\how are you?这些知识点的错误就暴露了孩子平时对词句的认读不够到位。另一种巧妙的复习方法是让孩子把学过的内容教给你们，他们一定会非常认真地当好小老师，学习效果一定会更好。 2. 开学以来，有些孩子忘记带英语课本的现象还是时有发生，所以希望家长能每天提醒孩子检查第二天要带的书本，养成良好的学习习惯。 二、学习评价 1.作业本 作业本的量不大，一堂课对应一面，所以一般我们都在课内进行完成。为了让孩子们养成及时订正错误的习惯，我都会在目录页将他错误的页码写上去，孩子们看到后会去主动订正，之后我会将页码划去。所以你们也可以去关注一下他们的作业本，记录的页码越少，说明他平时的作业质量越高，学习态度很认真。 2.课文过关 从期初开始，我就让孩子们在课本的附录页上贴上了课文过关表。由于我教6个班，分身乏术，所以平时的课文读背过关我就委托过关组长来把关，成绩分为abc档。组长是我根据孩子平时的课堂表现和考试成绩加以确定，到现在为止，已经有三轮组长产生。轮流当，既能培养他们的责任感，也能促使他们提高对自己的要求，所以这个规则我会继续下去。一个单元全部得a的孩子能兑换到一张贴纸，为了提高他们过关的积极性，我承诺期末他们可以用贴纸兑换实物奖品。3.学业测试 单元考试我们英语组统一采用《学法指导丛书》，期中、期末另外出试卷。每次考试后希望各位家长能认真地查阅一下孩子的答卷情况，看看孩子的知识点掌握得如何。光看一个分数，
