儿童心理学的研究表明，在幼少儿知觉发展中，首先成熟的是形象思维能力。幼少儿认汉字也好，认英文也好，实际上都是一种信息刺激的活动，他们把字形当成某一具体形像，像记糖果、玩具、人的相貌一样记住它们。经过多次反复，这种特殊的“形象”就储存到大脑中去了。因此幼少儿学外语与成人学外语有很大差别。同时，幼少儿对声音的敏感度较高，且右脑控制发音器官的能力较强，声带、舌唇等运动神经的调节也具有很大的可塑性，这时练习说话，更容易掌握发音的技巧。随着年龄的增长，这种能力会逐步下降，给学外语带来困难。要使幼儿的英语学习取得成效，关键是要有正确的教学方法。在幼少儿英语学习

大学专业选择
亲爱的各位师弟师妹们，你们好：
今天我是作为这次交流活动的主讲人之一来到这个讲台，我叫×××，就读于××××大学，专业是信息工程。这次的主题是“大学专业选择”。我非常荣幸能与在座各位分享我的想法与经验，要是我的观点能对你们带来哪怕是一点点的帮助，那么这就是对我的付出最大的回报。
专业选择的重要意义
社会有许多行业，每个行业又有各种职业。大学专业与职业存在一对多，多对一的对应关系。应注意到这种关系有着各向异性。有些专业对应的职业可以比其他的多一点。
如果大学选专业不当，很可能会导致缺乏学习热情，直接带来的是学习成绩的不理想。在这时候，有些人会选择勉强接受，强迫自己学习，这样的结果
是极大的削弱自身的创造性。有些人心理承受能力不强的人会选择自暴自弃，其结果是荒废大学四年。还有一些人会毅然选择转专业。转专业不仅需要承受巨大的心理压力，还得花比别人多许多的时间和精力，需要付出一定的代价。同一行业中不同职业之间的转换也是一样的道理。有些人觉悟的更晚，他们选择在读完大学后不在与自己专业相关的行业就业，这需要更大的勇气和实力。。
我们辩证的看，并不是说不能转专业，转职业，更不是说转了之后就肯定没有别人好，多少成功人士的例子已经足以证明了。如果你付出足够多的努力，还是有机会超过别人的。不过一开始找准方向，做事情会事半功倍，否则难免走弯路。所谓良好的开始是成功的一半。但是走过弯路的人自比那些没有走过的人多一份独特的收获，因为那只是一半而已。
影响专业选择的因素
个人兴趣爱好。很多人不知道自己
的兴趣爱好是什么。
能力特长。不可否认，很多人都有各自的特长，但是特长与兴趣爱好是否一致，那就另当别论了。若一致，那就皆大欢喜；若不一致，比如说，某学生钢琴很厉害，但是这是她父母逼她学的，那她选择专业的时候到底是考虑自己真正的兴趣还是抱着原来的特长不放呢？
家庭环境。比如有些同学家人有做律师的传统，那他会不会因为考虑家人的感受而考虑学法律呢？比如有些同学家境不宽裕，那她会不会因此而回避一些学费高昂的专业呢？
社会潮流。有些专业非常热门，你会跟风吗？专业虽然热门，但是报名的人多了之后，你觉得你的竞争力足够吗？况且，现在的热门，若干年后等你毕业了，可能就是冷门了。所以要有长远的眼光。
高校情况与高考成绩。高考成绩的高低会有一个硬性的门槛，这个看得见、摸得着的硬性门槛就不用我多说了。我
考虑的是在你能力进行选择的范围之内如何进行最优的选择。高校综合水平和某专业的优劣并无必然的联系。一流学校的普通专业和二流学校的强势专业，你会如何抉择？
三、了解专业的途经。
老师、师兄师姐。老师有丰富的经验，其意见有比较大的参考意义。师兄师姐有切身体会，但也有个人局限性。
家中长辈。家中长辈社会生活阅历丰富，有一定参考价值，但恐有时代的隔阂。
网络。可以选择直接访问高校主页和相关网页。这样可以很方便地得到关于高校比较全方位的了解，比如学校概况，校史，和专业设置如此等等。
社会。一所学校声誉的形成是要经过长期的积淀的，社会评价好的专业自有它的特别何处。
四、如何进行专业选择？
实事求是：充分考虑每一个影响你进行专业选择的因素，一切以个人情况
为转移。没有放诸四海而皆准的具体方法。
主要矛盾：在哪一个因素最为重要，那就着重考虑哪一个因素，最后进行折中处理，这就像高中所学的最优化问题，不过这个问题却是不能用方程式来求解的。一旦有选择，就意味着有得有失。很多事情并不能两全其美，这时候我们只能两害取其轻了。什么都不肯放弃的人，最终什么也不会得到。
自己选择：选择权始终在你自己手中。人生是你自己的，不是别人的。正是这无数的选择造就了我们各自独特的人生。要做到“选择前重重的思考，选择后轻轻地放下。”不必拘泥于过去的错误。
五、专业选择概况
知识领域分为若干个学科，每一个学科包含若干个门类，每个门类包含若干个专业。由此可见，专业数量是非常多的。俗话说，歧路亡羊。面对如此多的专业分类，只有准确把握选择的原则，
才能选出最适合自己的专业。
