I have found mine a good man times. sometimes this as expeted--often it as unexpeted. i kno a man ho is not afraid to sleep ith a rattle-snake, but ou ould not get him to sleep ith a safet-razor.

I never had the ourage to talk aross a long, narro room.

i should be at the end of the room faing all the audiene. if i attempt to talk aross a room i find mself turning this a and that, and thus at alternate periods i have part of the

As is knon to us all that our ontemporar lives and the soiet in urrent are undergoing profound hanges ith the promoting development of siene and tehnolog. Hoever, have e realized the estrange and departure of our ulture against the bakground on hih the positive ahievements have been brought b siene and tehnolog. Whih ourse should e take in ulture smart and siene intelligene as the issue on soial development is onerned in the proess of ultrahigh-speeded urbanization? M viepoint is lear an firm, that is the ultue smart.

It is generall aepted b the broad mass that siene and tehnolog take the supreme lead of the produtivit. No ahievements nurtured b ivilization in our ontemporar soiet an be reated ithout the development of siene and tehnolog and the soiet ill fall to its stagnant pae. Thanks to the progress made b the advaning siene and tehnolog, espeiall the

development of intelligentization, shemed out b robots, unmanned driving and digital platform, offers great onvieniene to both the prodution and dail lives of human beings and promotes the soial progress.

But under no irumstanes should e admit that a series of problems on environment and soial ethis onerning environment pollution, ozonoavit, greenhouse effet, olon human and nulear deterrent ourred against the prosperit arried out b siene and tehnolog. So ho an e spare no effort on keeping suh problems from deterioration in all possibilities? What development pattern ill be on siene and tehnolog in future?

The anser is that e need the guidane of ulture smart. When e talk about ulture, e ma regard it as the tradition and histor, but ho an the intelligentization of siene and tehnolog be guided b the ulture smart? Here I ant to put it that ulture is not like a pond filled ith stagnant ater, but a dnami sstem. We an never dra a onlusion of ulture as the deposit of histor , hat s more, e should make it lear that the ulture defines our present and future. Modernization, of an kind or shape, shares no alteration on its starting point but the menement of ulture. If not the modernization ill inevitabl fall to the situation here the ater has no soure and the tree has no root. The development of siene and tehnolog takes no exeption on this.
