如何提升小学生英语阅读水平在小学英语教学中，阅读是学习英语的重要途径和手段。增强阅读训练，有助于培养学生良好的英语阅读习惯、阅读理解水平和获取信息的水平。随着小学英语教学改革的持续深入，对学生综合使用英语水平的要求越来越高。根据《英语课程标准》的要求，英语阅读教学的根本任务不但要完成传统阅读教学中传授语言知识、发展学生语言水平的任务，而且要适度深化课文的内涵和拓展课文的外延。所以，在小学阶段培养学生的英语阅读水平具有重要的现实意义。结合自己平时的教学实践，我谈谈提升小学高年级学生英语阅读水平的途径和方法：一、利用课本阅读资源，提升学生阅读水平现行的《牛津小学英语》教材，安排了各种各样的阅读材料，而且图文并茂，语言生动有趣，是学生最好的阅读资源。针对五、六年级教材，认真抓好课堂教学，提升课堂教学质量，精心设计每个Unit中的A 部分，协助学生准确理解课文，就是引领学生准确完成一篇阅读理解的方法，我们能够从以下几个方面着手：

1.粗读和略读课文，布置简单的任务，学生快速阅读全文，理清文章脉络，了解大意，并回答简单问题。 2.精读课文，学生互相讨论语言知识点，教师指出重点、难点，同时协助学生对课文实行整体理解。例如：根据5B Unit 3“Hobbies”的阅读教材，我设计了这样几个问题：(1)What’s Ben’s hobby? (2) What’s Mike’s hobby? (3)Do Helen and Yang Ling have any hobbies ? What are they ? (4) What kind of stamps do you like ? 教师的提问并非无的放失，这样的提问可唤起学生注意，鼓励学生积极参与；还可探测学生认知深度，引导学生实行创造性思维。 3.总结课文，对课文实行信息梳理、归纳和总结，使信息的吸收得到强化和巩固。为此，常用的方法是对课文实行改编，让学生填入适当的单词和词组。例如：在阅读完5B Unit8“At the weekends”后，可让学生完成如下的填词：At the weekends, Wang Bing often_________. 雷屯小学2013—2014学年度第一学期英语期末考试质量分析 - 一、试卷来源及试卷评价：本次期末考试由县教研室统一命题，其中三年级到六年级为100分题。四套试卷加强了对学生英语运用与理解能力的综合测试，尤其是对基础知识的掌握，阅读理解的测试。该卷适合对不同学习层次的学生进行有效、真实的测试与评价，真正体现了学以致用原则。本次考试公正合理，试卷的难易程度适中，题型符合学生的实际水平，既能考出优等生的水平，又能照顾到差生，体现了学生的真正水平。我校统一考试时间，统一阅卷标准，考试组织良好。二、考试质量情况概述：本次四年级考试卷题量较多，题型难度较高，对于初次以正式考试的形式面对英语的学生来说难度较高，需要能够背诵单词熟练地掌握句型才能够取得较好的成绩。从成绩可以看出，我校的英语教学成绩不容乐观，四个班级考试成绩有一定的落差，首先是学生的整体水平跟其他班级相比是具有一定的差距，其次两名任课教师同时
