锡冶炼烟尘砷汞赋存形态与分布特征研究

摘要:以典型的锡冶炼烟尘为研究对象,对砷、汞的赋存形态和分布特性进行研究。结果表明,锡冶炼企

业排放烟尘中的重金属污染物主要包括砷、汞、镉、锡等,其中回转窑工段以砷尘为主,烟化炉工段以锡

尘为主。回转窑烟尘的砷含量高达48.00%、汞含量为0.005%,电炉烟尘的砷含量仅1.15%、

汞含量为0.0064%。回转窑烟尘为粗颗粒烟尘,粒径+10μm的占34.83%;烟化炉烟尘粒径较小,-3μm的占

比65.18%;电炉烟尘主要集中分布小粒径范围内,-1μm的颗粒占总量41.72%。锡冶炼烟尘中砷形

态以As(Ⅲ)

为主,汞含量较低,主要以单质汞和氧化汞的形态存在。关键词:锡冶炼烟尘;砷;汞;赋存形态;分布特征

650503)Abstract:Existence speciation and distribution characteristics of arsenic and mercury 

in typical tin smeltingdust were studied.The results show that heavy metal pollutants in dust discharged by 

tin smeltingenterprises mainly include arsenic,mercury,cadmium and tin,among 

which arsenic dust is the mainelement in rotary kiln and tin dust is the main one in fuming furnace.Arsenic content of rotary kiln dust isas high as 48.00%and mercury content is 0.005%,arsenic content of electric furnace dust is only 

1.15%and mercury content is 0.0064%.Dust in rotary 

kiln is in form of coarse particle with+10μm accountingfor 34.83%.Particle size of fuming furnace dust is smaller with-3μm accounting 

for 65.18%.Smokedust in electric furnace mainly distributes in the range of small particle size with-1μm accounting 

for41.72%.Arsenic speciation in tin smelting dust is mainly As(Ⅲ),and mercury 

content is low and mainlyexist in form of elemental mercury 

and mercuric oxide.Key

锡产量居世界首位。锡矿中的砷伴生尤其明显,在冶炼过程中大量富集于生

产环节,锡冶炼烟尘是典型的砷富集产物。目前,锡
