as we all know, healthy is very important to everybody.but do you really know

how to stay healthy? here are some useful tips. first, we should do exercise if we

have time.for example, we can go to swim in the summer holiday. or we can take a walk

after supper.doing exercise makes us healthy and strong. second, we should take more

vegetables and fruit and less candies. stop eating junk food and drinking beers. last

but not least, we should go to bed early and wake up early. we should have enough

as we all know, we live in the earth, the environment is in great danger. waste

of resources, earths revenge to us now . the greenhouse effect, rising sea levels and so on. and low carbon life is our best way to remedy. so you should do lots of things

to save our

what should we do?

1. every day the water that clean out rice can be used to wash hands ,to wipe

furniture, it is

clean and natural .

2. at the bottom of the wardrobe, we can use waste newspapers not only can

absorption of

moisture, but also can absorb the smell in the wardrobe;

3. dont throw away used mask paper, use it to wipe your jewelry, furniture surface

or brush

belt, is not only a bright shine also can leave the mask paper fragrance; improve sleep.

5. we should bring our own environmental protection bags when we go shopping.

6. go out with drink cup and reduce the use of disposable cups.

1.每天的淘米水可以用来洗手擦家具,干净卫生,自然滋润。

2.将废旧报纸铺垫在衣橱的最底层,不仅可以吸潮,还能吸收衣柜中的异味;

3.用过的面膜纸也不要扔掉,用它来擦首饰、擦家具的表面或者擦皮带,不仅擦得亮

4.喝过的茶叶渣,把它晒干,做一个茶叶枕头,又舒适,还能帮助改善睡眠。

亲爱的朋友们,大家上午好! 2018 年10 月25 日凌晨5 点20 分,央视主持人李咏因患癌症在美国去世,年仅50 岁。而上个月月底,臧天朔、师胜杰两位名人也因患癌症在同一天去世。这正反应了中国癌症发病率日益上升的问题。癌症的发病与中国人的生活方式有着极其密切的关系,健康生活方式才是当代人主要生活方式。什么是健康?很多人首先想到是没有疾病,其实除了疾病以外,心理健康,情绪健康,规律饮食,遵守作息时间,坚持运动等等,也是我们需要的健康生活方式。 人的健康是一个非常重要的问题,如何才能健康呢?有人说一定要增加营养。在20 年前可能要这样,但现在营养的问题不再是增加的问题,而是一个控制的问题,更应该讨论的是营养如何均衡。 大家可以学习健康生活“ + 、-、×、÷”理念:“+ ”一分绿色、“-”一分浪费、“÷”一分污染、“×”就健康。提倡新的生活方式和健康的生活习惯,推崇绿色住房、绿色出行、绿色生活。 人的健康不是简单的进补和运动的问题,世界卫生组织对于健康有一个基本的估算,健康有15%取决于遗传,10%取决于社会条件,8%取决于医疗条件,7%取决于自然环境,而60% 取决于自己习惯的生活方式。 在我们国家有三种疾病严重威胁着我们的生命,占死亡原因的72% 。第一是心脑血管疾病;第二是恶性肿瘤;第三是呼吸道疾病。除此之外还有肥胖症、骨质疏松症、胆囊炎、胆结石、脂肪肝、肝硬 化、抑郁症、慢性疾病等,而这些疾病是面广量大,是属于慢性、非传染性疾病。
