重庆医科大学学分制学籍管理办法 第一节入学与注册 第一条按国家招生规定录取入我校的新生，持录取通知书，按学校有关要求和规定的期限到校办理入学手续。如有特殊原因不能按期报到者，应当事先向学校教务处招生办公室请假，请假一般不能超过两周，请假经学校批准后方为有效。未请假或请假逾期者，除因不可抗力等正当事由以外，视为放弃入学资格。 第二条新生入学后，学校在三个月内按照国家招生规定、体检标准分别由院系学生工作办公室查阅本院系学生档案，进行政治、思想品德复查，由校医院组织进行健康复查。全部复查合格者准予注册，正式取得学籍，并报重庆市教育委员会进行电子注册。复查不合格者，学校根据情况予以处理，直至取消入学资格。 凡属弄虚作假、徇私舞弊取得学籍者，不论何时发现，一经查实，经学校批准，取消其学籍。情节恶劣的，交有关部门查究。 第三条新生在健康复查中，发现患有疾病，经学校指定医院（二级甲等以上医院）（下同）诊断，不宜在校学习的，经本人申请，报所在院系、教务处审核，由学校批准，可保留入学资格一年；保留入学资格的新生应当立即办理离校手续，回家疗养，户口迁回原籍；保留入学资格者不具有学籍，不享受在校学生待遇。 因病保留入学资格的学生经治疗康复，可在下一学年开学前一周内向学校教务处提交入学申请，经学校指定医院诊断，符合入学体检要求，复查合格后，可以按当年新生重新办理入学手续；复查不合格者或逾期两周不办理入学手续者，取消其入学资格。 第四条每学期开学时，学生应当按学校规定报到日期按时返校，并持本人学生证、缴费收据到所在院系学生工作办公室办理注册手续。因故不能按期注册者（不可抗力因素除外），事前必须向所在院系学生工作办公室请假，办理暂缓注册手续。因事请假的学生，必须将事假申请、父母单位或家庭所在地街道（乡）等单位开具的事假理由证明材料交寄学生工作办公室；因病请假的学生，必须持有二级甲等以上医院的诊断证明，否则请假无效；因突发事件不能按期交寄请假材料的，应及时以电话、电报或其他通信形式请假，并在返校后补交请假材料。请假需经院系学生工作办公室审核，报院系主管领导批准后，方为有效。 未请假或请假未准两周内不报到注册者，不论实际听课与否，均作旷课论，并视其情节轻重，给予纪律处分。旷课时间计算：规定报到的当天按四学时计，其它按实际授课和实习学时计。

附件3 医科大学党政管理等人员岗位等级设置及绩效考评办法 （征求意见稿） 为了激励广大工作人员认真履行岗位职责，勤奋进取、开拓创新，不断改进工作方式，提高服务质量和工作效率，推动学校工作的发展，根据国家有关文件精神，结合学校实际制定本办法。 一、适用围 1、党政管理人员，包括具有领导职务的人员和非领导职务的人员； 2、在管理岗位上具有专业技术职称的人员； 3、工勤人员。 二、岗位等级设置及绩效考核的基本原则 1、导向性原则：有利于增强学校运转效能，有利于提高工作效率，有利于提升服务水平。 2、绩效优先原则：坚持“按劳取酬、优劳优酬、效率优先、兼顾公平”的原则，使岗位津贴同岗位职责、岗位任务相结合，重点向责任大、难度大、劳动强度大的岗位倾斜。 3、竞争择优原则：淡化身份，强化岗位，平等竞争、能上能下，实行动态管理。 4、正常晋升原则：对于职称职务发生变化、履行岗位职责出色者每年可申请变岗，经学校评审、考核合格后调整岗位津贴。 三、岗位等级的设置

重庆医科大学学生宿舍管理暂行规定 为了优化育人环境，维护全体同学正常的学习和生活秩序，根据教育部、重庆市教委等上级主管部门的有关文件精神，结合我校学生宿舍管理实际，特制定本管理规定。 第一条学生入住规定 （一）学校要求学生在学生宿舍集中住宿，学生因特殊原因不在学生宿舍住宿的，应提出书面申请，完备相关手续，在获得批准后方能办理。 （二）入住学生必须缴纳住宿费，按指定的宿舍、寝室、床位住宿，不得私自调换。因特殊原因需调整寝室者，须经学生工作办公室和学生宿舍管理部门批准后方可进行。 （三）入住学生每人配备寝室钥匙一把，须妥善保管使用。禁止私配、转借和私下交换钥匙。如钥匙丢失，应向宿舍管理部门汇报备案，重新换锁，费用由当事人承担。 （四）学生因实习、退学、转学、休学、走读、毕业等不再住宿，应在离开宿舍前经学生管理部门签署意见后主动到住宿登记部门注销住宿和退还钥匙，经检查寝室公物无损坏后方可办理相关手续。 （五）每间学生寝室设电表（水表）一只，每个学生限额使用水电（限额由学校另行规定），超额使用的水电费用由学生自行承担。 （六）学生携带物品进出宿舍，须主动接受门岗检查，并进行登记。 （七）非本宿舍学生进入，必须主动出示学生证并征得宿舍管理人员同意。学生亲属来访须出示有效证件或由学生确认并在值班室登记方能进入宿舍。未经学生宿舍管理部门同意，学生宿舍不准留宿客人。 （八）严格遵守学校作息制度。午休时间和夜间22：00后禁止从事娱乐活动和影响他人休息的其它活动。 宿舍大门晚上24∶00关闭，早上6∶30开启，法定节假日晚上推迟半小时关门，关门后学生禁止外出。 （九）自觉爱护公共财产。学生对宿舍公共财产负有管理责任和监督责任。室内布置不得损坏已安装设备和墙面。宿舍配备的消火栓、灭火器、消防报警系
