Abstract

本措施依据火电工程启动调试工作规定，主要针对土耳其BURSA 2200t/d + 1850t/d余热发电工程1×9MW机组启动调试工作提出具体方案。依据相关规定，结合本工程具体情况，给出了土耳其BURSA余热发电工程发电机同期系统启动调试需要具备的条件、调试程序、注意事项等相关措施。

This plan is compiled according to thermal power project commissioning specification. It is special for 1*9MW commissioning of BURSA 2200t/d+1850t/d WHR Project. It gives required conditions, commissioning procedures, attentions, and other measures for generator synchronization of this project in line with related regulations and specific circumstance.

2.1保证发电机同期系统及其回路的正确性、完整性。Guarantee the validity and completion of generator synchronous system and circuits.

本项目采用西门子同期屏，其主要技术特点如下：The project utilizes SIEMENS synchronization screen, which has following characteristics:
