用与意义

摘要：为了加快推进苏南运河苏州段三级航道整治工程的实施，统筹兼顾运河整治、文物保护、城市规划、征地拆迁等实际情况，对部分特殊航段航道技术尺度进行专题研究，在满足三级航道通航标准的条件下，采用特殊护岸结构型式，尽可能减小口宽，以减少征地拆迁数量，降低工程实施难度，保护沿线古镇及文物，减少对临河企业的影响，同时也节约建设资金。
