Every one in the society is seek ing for success in career, but what is the key factor of beco ming successful? There are two choices - good

n etwork ing and hardworki ng. Although some one tends to choose the first aspect, I definitely agree that hardworking at school should be a key factor of success. Without hardwork ing at school, success in the future cannot be guara nteed.

To gain success in our future career, we must have solid knowledge of the field we choose. Under this circumstanee, doing hard at school is the best way to equip ourselves with backgro und kno wledge. Although sometimes we mayfind things we have studied at school sort of unpractical, it is basic to handle real problems at work. Take myself as an example; I studied how to in terview, how to write summaries and journals and how to makecomme nts

on subjects at school. I worked very hard and in the third year, I got

a cha nce to be an in tern in Chi na Econo mic Daily. During this time, I

totally put myknowledge into use and handle the real journalism with only a few problems. If I did not study hard and had no knowledge of journalism, how could I han dle this intern ship?

Another thing we can get from our hard work is the way of solving problems. During the time we studied at school, methods of lear ning and sol ving problems are also of great importa nce. These methods can be put in to use even when we graduate, since we all have to update our knowledge and solve problems whe n we are at work. Aga in take myself as an example, whe n I did my intern ship, I had to write dow n a lot of details of a certa in eve nt

in just a few minutes. It was really difficult, but since I had found out a method of writing fast at school, I could put downthings on paper really efficiently. This method provided a lot of help.

While some one mayclaim that weca nnot ignore the importa nee of n etwork ing since a good n etwork ing may offer you greater cha nces to gain success.

Any way, I admit that we cannot get rid of a good n etwork ing. However, if we are not studying hard and have no abilities to do things well, how can people pay attention on us or even provide us with good opportunities?

Hardwork ing is the foun datio n of establish ing good relati on ship.

All in all, hardworking should be the key factor of becoming successful.
