【摘要】This paper systematically analyzes the current process of construction contract management problems,the status of foreign contract management in detail.On this basis,each stage of contract management and how to use foreign construction contract management experience to strengthen our contract management is described.And measures to strengthen contract management are proposed as well.%分析了我国当前建筑工程合同管理过程中存在的问题,对中外建筑工程合同管理的现状进行了详细地分析,在此基础上介绍了在合同管理过程中,如何利用国外的合同管理经验加强我国合同管理,并提出了加强合同管理的相应措施。
