3 服务程序
3.1 人员着装和仪表符合要求
a 穿着整洁，统一穿工作服，服务胸牌要端正地佩带在左上胸。
b举止端庄、自然，精力集中，不托腮、不抱肩、不叉腰、不背手插兜、不类背向顾客、不前扒后仰。
3.2使用文明用语
a 药房人员要使用：“请、您好、对不起、走好”等文明礼貌用语。并结合当地习俗，灵活掌握，态度亲切，讲究语言艺术。
b要根据病人的年龄、性别，给予适当的尊称。做到伤害病人自尊心的话不讲；有损病人人格的话不讲；埋怨、责怪病人的话不讲；粗话、脏话、无理的话不讲；讽剌、挖苦病人的话不讲。
3.3严格遵守服务纪律
a不准擅自离开工作岗位，有事请假。
b不准在工作时间聊天，说笑打闹。
c不准在工作时间喝酒、吃东西、带小孩子，干私事及与工作无关的事。
d不准在工作时间会客和长时间谈话。
