1.部分教师的教案中的三维目标对能力目标和情感态度目标体现的不够明确。

4.个别老师反思次数比较多,几乎课课有反思,但是每次反思字数过少,甚至一两句就结束了,没有实效性和指导性。还有部分教师的反思次数很少。

三、建议

1.所有老师对教案、作业检查应重视起来,多关心自己的教案、作业检查结果,多从自己找原因。2.各位教师要深入备课,集体教研,才能取得良好的教学效果,教案写得好的老师要全无保留的传授经验、方法,全面提高我校英语教师的整体水平。

3.备课要有针对性,要备符合我们学生实际的课。
