Seting up an office space in the house is important when working from home. This will give you a feel of being in the office and concentrate more on work. In this way, it will easy for you to differe ntiate between work time and private time and you will not be easily distracted.

Firstly, a good salary is very important. High salary leads to high motivation and a job with high salary may not make you feel fulfilled.

For me, opportunity of promotion is more important.If the job has no chance to promote,the job will become boring,I can’t hold on.Promoti on is motive power in my career. I think the first important thing is having a big brand name,because this is the biggest benefit of owning a franchised business for a franchisee.Franchisees can use the well-recognized brand

name to make profits.After all,the purpose of entering business is to earn money.

Second,I think follow the rule is also important.Without following the rule,it will be very difficult for the franchisee to run the business,and of course,it will be less likely for the franchisee to make money.

Last but not least,the minimum amount of Start-up capital needed for opening a franchised business is important.Because there will be various costs including the franchise fee and opening costs,equipment down payment,and signs etc.

When setting up your own business,several factors should be taken into consideration. Firstly, I think a good idea is very important.You should consider the market demand and target at potential customers.Under the guidance of the idea,you may know the urgent need of the cust omers,or solve the problems of the customers.

Besides I think knowing your customers is also important.You’d better keep a file of your custo mers with their names,age,profession and hobbies etc.Based on their personal information,you may guess the potential needs of the customers and inform them of your product lists at first tim e possible according to their possible needs.Knowing your customers helps you to provide them with the information they need.
