摘要:大学生创业已成为了社会广泛关注的话题，在校大学生创业行为也日渐增多。通过调研，从大学生创业案例出发，分析探索在校大学生创业主要特点和创业心理主要特征。关键词：在校大学生创业案例分析引言据统计，我国2007年的高校毕业生达到495万，是2002年3.4倍多，带来了极大的就业压力。解决这一矛盾的方式除了增加就业岗位之外的最好办法就是引导学生进行创业。政府出台了一系列的鼓励大学生自主创业的优惠政策。与此同时，据调查显示：毕业生选择创业的比例不到总数的1%，而发达国家一般占20%至30%。因此不难发现，要真正改变这种状况，单纯依靠优惠政策或措施是难以解决问题的，必须从学生本身入手，让学生在学习阶段就了解创业、接触创业、学习创业、体验创业。随着创业教育的开展，很多在校大学生开始了他们的创业体验。现通过对长沙高校较为典型的在校学生创业案例进行分析，找出其中的一些特点，用以丰富创业教育的素材，指导学生创业。

创业案例案例一季×，女，中南大学艺术设计专业2005级学生，开设一家画室，从事美术类高考考生的考前培训。季×在创业之前有着非常丰富的勤工俭学的经历，曾先后代理过手机卡的销售、米高轮滑鞋的销售，代理福森造林有限公司的市场拓展业务，参加湖南软件学院的招生工作，自制圣诞礼物出售，还在超市等地方打工。在经历了一系列的兼职后，进入大二学习的季×开始了自己的第一次创业：她投资了10000多元和别人合伙开了一家奶茶店。当时的创业初衷是想为家里谋一些福利，可由于对合伙人的了解不足，在经营中产生了矛盾，不久奶茶店的经营以失败告终，不但没有盈利，还个人亏损了4000多元。第一次创业的失败对季×的打击很大，身心交瘁，病了一个月。但一段时间后，她调整状态，以一种不甘心失败的心态，和同学一起投资办起了一个工作室，主要进行广告板和封面的设计，开始了第二次创业。工作室经营一段时间之后，收回了成本，并且能解决自己的生活费，但因为工作室的业务与自己的学习课程产生冲突而取消经营。在有了两次创业的经验和教训的基础上，季×投资2000多元，办起了一家画室。因为季×本人对美术很有激情，而且具有通过美术考试升学的亲身体会和成功经验，画室的经营目前较为顺利，并有一定的盈利。对于毕业以后将会选择就
