[摘 要]针对于黔张常铁路综合项目施工特点，项目前期决定引入BIM 技术应用解决现场施工难题，提高施工效率与质量。通过应用研究，总结得出BIM 技术在铁路综合项目施工中的应用点及价值点，为今后同类型铁路施工提供借鉴，形成了铁路综合项目BIM 技术应用的一整套解决方案。文章主要从制定BIM 管理流程、进度管理、模型创建、平台搭建、施工中应用、节能减排等几个方面展开介绍。

Research on Construction Digitalization and Informatization Technology of Railway Comprehensive Project Based on BIM Technology and its Application

Through the application research, the application points and value points of BIM technology in railway comprehensive project construction are summarized, and a set of solutions for the application of BIM technology in railway comprehensive project are formed, which could provide reference for similar railway construction in the future. This paper mainly introduces BIM management process, progress management, model building, platform construction, construction application, energy saving and emission reduction.Keywords: BIM, process, schedule management, model building, platform construction, construction application, energy conservation and emission reduction
