学习科学发展观的心得体会本学期，我们学习了有关科学发展观的知识，下面，就是我对科学发展观的心得体会。胡锦涛同志指出：“一个有远见的民族，总是把关注的目光投向青年；一个有远见的政党，总是把青年看作推动历史发展和社会前进的重要力量。”大学生是青年的重要组成部分，他们是有中国特色社会主义各项事业的生力军和接班人，他们承担着继往开来、迎接挑战、推动中国走向世界强国之林的历史使命。大学生如何实践科学发展观，对于建设社会主义和谐社会，加快推进社会主义现代化的宏伟目标，具有重大而深远的意义。日前，全国上下掀起了一阵学习科学发展观的高潮。作为当代大学生，我们是时代精英，是祖国的未来和民族的希望，是建设中国特色社会主义事业的有生力量。因此，我们更应该积极响应时代召唤，努力学习并践行科学发展观。在我校全面开展科学发展观的学习后，我对科学发展观有了新的认识和体会。下面，我将具体谈一谈我的认识和体会。一、学习、理解和把握科学发展观的涵义和要求大学生首先要通过认真、深入的学习，全面理解和把握科学发展的内涵和要求，让科学发展观入耳、入脑、入心，真正树立科学发展观，用先进的思想武器武装自己，不断提高自己的政治素质和理论修养。科学发展观，第一要义是发展，核心是以人为本，基本要求是全面协调可持续，根本方法是统筹兼顾。科学发展观是对党的三代中央领导集体关于发展的重要思想的继承和发展，是马克思主义关于发展的世界观和方法论的集中体现，是同马克思列宁主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想既一脉相承又与时俱进的科学理论，是我国经济社会发展的重要指导方针，是发展中国特色社会主义必须坚持和贯彻的重大战略思想。这一论述不仅界定了科学发展观的基本内涵，还把它定位为重大战略思想。为什么要提出科学发展观，胡总书记指出：科学发展观，是立足社会主义初级阶段基本国情，总结我国发展实践，借鉴国外发展经验，适应新的发展要求提出来的。如何落实科学发展观，胡总书记提出了“四个必须”和“四个要求”：即必须坚持把发展作为党执政兴国的第一要务；必须坚持以人为本；必须坚持全面协调可持续发展；必须坚持统筹兼顾。深入贯彻落实科学发展观，要求我们始终坚持“一个中心、两个基本点”的基本路线；要求我们积极构建社会主义和谐社会；要求我们继续深化改革开放；要求我们切实加强和改进党的建设。这些观点提出，标志着我们党用科学发展观指导中国特色社会主义伟大实践的理论更加成熟。二、结合大学生实际情况，实践科学发展观大学生本应是一个朝气蓬勃，渴求知识，充满理想，时刻准备着为中国特色社会主义事业做贡献的群体。但现实的状况是，有相当一部分的大学生处在迷茫与困惑当中，对自己的未来没有任何信心。科学发展观具有很强的指导作用，能为我们的大学生活及未来的前途指明方向。努力学习并实践科学发展观，我认为应表现在以下几个方面： 1、树立正确的价值观和人生观。随着改革开放的不断深入，外国资本大量涌入国内，我国的经济建设取得了巨大成就。但是，随着开放浪潮而来的，还有一些不健康和不利于青少年发展的思想。这些思想对当代大学生影响深重，使我们当
