A: whats the first thing you do when you go to the bathroom in the morning

B: I look at myself in the mirror. Sometimes, its not a pleasant sight, especially if I have been out late the late before.

A: do you usually shower or take a bath

B: I usually dont have time for a bath in the mornings, so I just take a shower. Sometimes I need a

cold shower to wake me up and sometimes I need a hot one, especially if its winter and I need to warm up.

A; do you shave every morning

B: I shave every workday, but I only shave at weekends if Im going out somewhere. If Im staying at home, I dont shave.

A: do you brush your teeth twice a day as dentists remend

B: Yes. I brush my teeth in the morning, just before

I go to work. Its actually the last thing I do before leaving. Then I brush again before bed.

A: your dentist must be proud of you!

problem with your washing machine. Im from the repair pany.

B: e_cellent. e in please. The washing machine is in the bathroom upstairs. It keeps breaking down.

A; when did it first break down

A: about ten days ago. Ive tried to use it since then. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesnt. its very frustrating.

A: yes, its still under warranty. Over the last few weeks, its also been making a high-pitch noise when its

a: ok. Ill start by looking at the motor. Ill just unplug it and take a look inside the machine..oh, yes. Theres the problem. Its quite simple. Ill sort it out in

a few minutes.

b: whats wrong with it

A: part of the motor is loose. I can put it back in place quite easily.

B: thats great. Thanks very much. Would you like a

cup of tea or coffee

B: just a minute. I need to make a list of thinks

A: good idea. Have you written down potatoes, carrots, and onions

B: I dont have onions on my list. Ill add them. We should get some tea. Is green tea ok or should we get the same tea that we usually get

A: lets get both. We need some coffee too. Is that on your list

B: yes, it is. Heres my list. Is there anything that Ive forgotten

A: I think youve got everything. I want to got some chocolate and some cheese.

B: what kind of cheese do you want.

A: Im not sure. Ill decide at the cheese counter,

when I can see what they have. Have we got enough money

B: we dont have enough cash, so Ill take my credit card and we can pay with that. Where are the car keys A: Ive got them there. Shall I drive
