全国大学英语四、六级口语考试介绍
全国大学英语四、六级口语考试（College English Test-Spoken English Test, 简称CET-SET）是全国大学英语四、六级考试的一个组成部分。以下为CET-SET的相关信息。
一、CET-SET考核的能力范围及评分标准
CET-SET主要考核学生英语口头表达能力，其中包括：就一
般性话题进行比较流利的会话能力；表达个人意见、情感、观点等的能力；陈述事实、理由和描述事件的能力。评分依据以下标准：
1.准确性：指考生语音、语调以及所使用的语法和词汇的准确程度；
2.语言范围：指考生使用的词汇和语法结构的复杂程度和范围；
3.话语的长短：指考生对整个考试中的交际所作的贡献、讲话的多少；
4.连贯性：指考生有能力进行较长时间的、语言连贯的发言；
5.灵活性：指考生应付不同情景和话题的能力；
6.适切性：指考生根据不同场合选用适当确切的语言的能力。
二、考试内容及形式
1. 考试内容
CET-SET 考试内容分为三个部分，考试总时间为15 分钟；相关信息见下表。
2. 考试形式
CET-SET考试采用计算机化考试，考生在计算机上进行考生与模拟考官、考生与考生之间的互动。
3. 考场实施
1.考试共设正式场次8场；另增设2个备用场次。时间如下：
注：备用场不安排考生，仅为备用。每场次30分钟，包含登录测试、考试和收卷三部分，其中考试时间为15分钟。
三、考试报名
1. 报名资格
考生报名资格为参加过2005年6月及以后各次CET笔试（含网考），且CET4 成绩为500分及以上或CET6成绩为425分及以上。
2. 报名方式
采用全国网上集中报名方式，考生可在全国范围内选择考点；缴费和领取准考证由考生在网上自主完成。CET 官网在每次考试前公布口语考点。
四、成绩等级
1.考试成绩发布
与笔试成绩同时在网上发布。
2.考试成绩单
向成绩达到C 等及以上的考生发放成绩报告单，报告单上分别注明口语和笔试两部分考试成绩。
3. 成绩查询
口试成绩可在网上查询。考生只需在查询系统中输入口试的准考证号或笔试的准考证号即可查询到其口试成绩。查询系统既显示口试的成绩，同时也显示笔试的成绩。

3.已经确认完成网上支付，为何报名网站无缴费到账确认？
通常情况下，报名网站会即时收到您的付款。在极少数情况下，银行系统会延迟与报名网站的付款确认，最晚的缴费到账确认时间为网上成功支付后24小时，请于24小时以后重新登陆报名网站确认您的支付状态。如仍显示未支付，请致电呼叫中心。
4.网上支付时限
考生已报考的机位都将保留24小时，自选择考点后24小时内须完成缴费。以【支付状态】为准。
5.重复支付
如同一考生，同一考点或场次重复支付，2014年5月中旬在报名工作结束后会统一处理退款。退费方式：返回考生交费所用银行卡账户。退款到账通常需要1至7天，特殊情况有可能出现半个月左右时间。因此，考生可在退款工作完毕后一个月之内查询到账情况，发现问题请与首信易支付联系。
