名词复数
一、可数名词：。
1.可数名词复数构成方法：（1）一般在复数名词后加s; （2）以s、x、ch、sh结尾的
名词加es⑶辅音字母加y结尾，变y为i加es,女口：country，注意：monkey
⑷以o结尾的名词，初中只有potato（土豆），tomato（西红柿）加es构成复数。
⑸以f、fe结尾的名词，变f、fe为v再加es，女口：knife
2.单复数形式相同的词：s heep fish，Chinese，Japanese
3.特殊变化：tooth，foot，child，man，woman，policeman,Frenchman 注意：German
4.常以复数形式出现的名词：people，clothes（衣服），trousers，glasses（眼镜）， chopsticks（筷子），stairs（楼梯）police等作主语时谓语应用复数。
5.有些名词似复数实为单数。应注意。女口：news，maths，physics No news is good news.
6.可用how many，many，a few，few，a lot of，some，any 等来修饰可数名词复数。

7.定语名词的复数sports meeting 运动会,man, woman, gentleman作定语，其单复
数以所修饰的名词的单复数而定。数词+名词作定语，名词用单数。
二、不可数名词：
1.常见不可数名词water, tea, milk , rice, bread , fish ,medicine, work,
homework,housework, mon ey, weather, help, time, food,
2.不可数名词无复数，作主语时常看成单数。如：Some bread ______ o ver there.（be）
3.常用how much,much,a little,little,a lot of,some,any 等来修饰不可数名词。
4.常用a piece of, a cup of等来表示不可数名词的量。如：two pieces of bread
注意：可数名词也可用量来表示，如：three boxes of即ples
名词的所有格
1.构成方法，有生命名词加"'s"。单数名词词尾加"'s"，复数名词词尾没有S,也
要加"'s"，the boy's bag, men's room。若名词复数词尾有s，只加"川
2.无生命名词用"名词+of +名词"结构表示，the name of the hospital.但时间、距离、
国家等词可力口"'s"，today's newspaper, ten minutes' walk.
3.如果两个名词并列，且分别有’s，则表示"分别有";只有一个’s，则表示'共有'。
女口：John's and Mary's room （两间）John and Mary's room （一间）
4.可用名词所有格表示地点。女口：my aunt's我姑姑家。go
to the doctor's去医生家。
5.双重所有格
表示所属物的名词前有a, an, this, that, these, those, some, any, several, no, each, every, such, another, which 时，用：a, an, this, that + 名词+of + 名词的所有格/名词性物主代词表所有。如：a friend of mine. the book of my father's
