Nowadays more and more parents are eager to send their little children to study abroad before they finish high school. It is quite understandable for parents to send their children to study overseas because they place high expectations on their children. Companies and institutions at home are giving more and more emphasis on overseas experiences, too. Thus, pursuing overseas study became a kind of short cut in gaining a better future. But not all families can afford the huge cost for their children’s overseas study, especially for the children who have to study abroad for many years. Moreover, some students may be too young to restrain themselves and are likely to commit crimes abroad.

Studying abroad

There is no denying the fact that studying abroad is a hotly debated topic today. Obviously, studying abroad has a number of advantages. For example, a student can have access to advanced science and technology as well as desirable working conditions which might not be available at home. However, as far as I am concerned, I strongly believe that studying abroad before finishing high school also confronts one with a series of hardships.

For one thing, learning a foreign language is far from an easy thing
