建议信(Letter of suggestion)

一、简介

(1) 建议信写作注意事项

写作目的是提出建议或忠告。不是投诉信，观点要合情合理，注意礼貌当先。

(2) 写作方法

①首段：

a.简介自己，不要罗嗦；

b.说明目的，注意语气。

②主体：

a.提出具体建议；

b.首先肯定优点，再写改进内容，否则变成投诉信；

c.经常进行交流，注意对方感受，时时提到你和我，否则容易跑题写成议论文，

因为内容与议论文相似。

③尾段：总结建议，注意礼貌，易于接受。

二、结构

第一部分：说明写信的目的

套语：

(1) After I read your letter in the newspaper, I am sorry to know that …

(2) I am very glad to hear that you want to…

(3 ) I know you have trouble in…after reading your letter

(4) I am writing to share some advice with you. (5) 来信收到，得知你下个月要对中国进行一次为期十天的访问，我建议……

I have received your letter saying that you plan to have a visit to China for ten days next month. I recommend that……

(6) 写此信是要提出我对饭店管理进一步提高和改进的建议——建立我们自己的网站

来吸引更多的客户。

I am writing to you to present what I think on the further improvement of our hotel so as

to establish a website of our own to attract more clients.

(7) You have asked me for my advice with regard to...and I will try to make some useful

suggestions.你来信询问我关于...的意见,我会尽量提出一些有用的建议。

第二部分：介绍详情、提出建议

套语：

我建议……

(1) I’d like to suggest that ……(2) May I suggest that……

(3) In my opinion ……(4) I would like to make a recommendation that …

(5) I am writing to advise you of ……(6) If I were you, I would ……

(7)I feel that it would be beneficial if ... (8) You may consider doing…

第三部分：提出希望采纳建议，盼望回复
