1.每个人都有每个人的孤单，我也不例外。

Everyone has a lonely moment, including me.

2.当你的付出在对方的眼里得不到重视的时候是最悲哀的。

The most frustrating thing is that your efforts are ignored.

3.在不同的阶段，不同的地点，与不同的人交往，一旦这段时光消逝，离开这个地方，他们都成了回忆，而当你回忆时，却恍惚不知你们之间发生的事是不是真的存在过。

As time goes by you will doubt whether the ever never-forgotten experience has happened.

4.要决定付出就不要期待回报，若有回报，那自然是一件幸福的事情，若没有，那你也要淡然处之，如果你是抱着想得到回报的心态而决定付出的话，那我劝你还是放弃付出吧，因为结果往往会让你很失望。

When you help others, do not expect something in return. If it happens, you should be grateful while if not, you should accept it. If you are expecting something in return when you decide to help others, I suggest you not helping them, because it is bound to turn out to be disappointing.

5.一个人不要太善良也不要期待别人太善良，否则受伤的只会是你。

Don't be too kind-hearted or expect others to be as kind as you, or you will be hurt.

6.常常微笑的人不一定真的快乐，他也许只是不想让别人知道他的痛苦。

The one who is always smiling may not be really happy. He just does not want you to know his pain.

7.友情跟爱情一样，总会有一个人付出的比另外一个人多。

Just like love, one will sacrifice more than the other in a friend relationship.

8.虽然我不愿承认，但我必须要说我很后悔高中没有努力。

Though I am unwilling to admit it, I have to say I regret not studying hard in the high school.

9.不要期待别人能了解你，你自己都不了解你自己，何必去强求别人了解你呢？

Don’t expect others to understand you. Since you do not even know yourself well, why you ask them to do so?

10.不要自作多情的把别人当成自己人，也许别人并没此想法.

Don't treat yourself as one 's friend on your own wishful thinking, perhaps it is not his intention.

11.不能想事情想的太简单，尽管想复杂了会很累。

Don’t think about things too simply, though it is tiring to make it complicated.

12.害怕改变，害怕随着改变，自己越来越不快乐。

It is not the changing makes me feel frightened but the unhappiness along with the changing.
