教学目标：

1.语言知识目标：

学生能够理解对话大意，能够用正确的语音、语调朗读对话；能够在情景中运用句型 Are these…? Yes, they are. What are these? They’re…询问物品名称并回答；能够在情景中恰当运用句型They’re good/so big!描述物品特点；能够在语境中理解新词carrot 和tomato的意思，并能正确发音。

2.语言技能目标：

①培养学生善于观察的能力。

②培养学生理解文本的能力。

3.情感态度目标：

通过多种活动形式，培养学生大胆开口说英语的习惯。

4.文化意识目标：

培养学生多吃素菜水果有益健康的思想意识。

5.学习策略目标：

培养学生能自主学习以及善于与他人合作交流。

教学重点：

能够在情景中运用句型 Are these…? Yes, they are. What are these? They’re…询问物品名称并回答；能够在情景中恰当运用句

型 They’re good/so big!来描述物品特点。能够用正确的语音、语调朗读对话。

教学难点：

(1)these, carrot 的读音。

(2)名词单、复数形式的意义和句型变化的区别。

(3) 涉及名次复数形式的特殊疑问句和一般疑问句在真实情境中的运用。

教学准备：PPT课件，随书配套光盘，农村设计图，导游用品。

教学过程：

Step1. Warm-up& Revision.

1、课前活动：weather report

2、Sing a song师生温习三年级学过的歌曲《An apple a day keeps the doctor away》

【设计意图：以歌曲的形式活跃课堂气氛，学生在轻松的氛围中快速进入学习状态，并为本节课所学语言奠定基础。】

3、Revision

教师就歌曲内容提问：

Do you like apples?

What dou you like to eat?

These fruit and vegetalbes are all from the farm. And today , let’s go to the farm.

学生回答。

【设计意图：就歌曲内容进行提问，学生很容易找出答案，不仅对旧知进行了巩固，而且很自然的引出本节课“农场”这个主题。】Step2. Presentation

1、There are many delicouse food on the farm. look, What’s

this?

What are these?

由单数到复数，体会复数的不同问法。学习what are these?的询问及回答。

2、播放光盘动画整体呈现对话

师：Sarah and Mike are on the farm now. Do you want to go and have a look?

Watch and anwer, what are they talking about?

教师观看一次动画后，教师提问：What are they talking about？明确vegetables后，接着提问：What vegetables do they see？从而引出本课的两个新单词carrots和tomatoes。

3、教师课件出示carrots图片，通过简笔画学习carrots，并提问：“Are these tomatoes?”学生回答“No，they aren’t.”师：“What are these?”明确They are carrots.

教师手里拿着两个很大的胡萝卜，提问：Are these carrots?学生做肯定回答：“Yes, they are.”教师惊奇的说：“Wow，they’re so big!”

4、利用课件学习单词tomatoes

教师课件呈现红色tomatoes图片，学习单词单复数，强调句子They are tomatoes.教师手里拿着红色西红柿，充分操练单词。教师接着出示第二幅图，并提问学生：“What are these?”，反复操练后明确回答：They are tomatoes. But they are yellow.教师从袋子里拿出准备好的黄色西红柿，递给一名学生说：Try some. They’re good!并用肢体语言帮助学生理解句意。

【设计意图：利用课件与实物相结合的方式学习语言，不仅形象直观，而且更能调动学生的学习热情。黄色西红柿很多学生并未吃过，让学生品尝使学生热情高涨，学习状态达到高潮。】利用课件学习单词carrots
