济源市公共人力资源市场职业供求状况分析报告

一、2015年第一季度总体概况（见表1）

2015年第一季度通过每月对我市产业集聚区重点企业用工情况调查，以及汇总用人单位通过人力资源市场招聘数据，共提供就业岗位约1.37万个，进入人力资源市场的求职者约 3.18万人次，求人倍率为0.43（求人倍率=需求人数/求职人数）。与去年同期（2014年第一季度求人倍率为1.19）相比降低了0.76。

2015年第一季度济源市公共人力资源市场职业供求状况主要呈现以下特征：

1、总体而言，人力资源供给大于需求。与2014年第一季度相比，本季度人力资源市场中的需求人数和求职人数分别下降了0.70个百分点和上升了46.50个百分点，求人倍率为0.43（岗位需求和求职人数的比为0.43）即100名求职者应聘43个岗位。

2、就业岗位主要集中在第二和第三产业，两个产业所提供的岗位占岗位总需求的99.35%。第二产业中的制造业需求人数占需求总数的53.15%；第三产业中的批发和零售业、居民服务和其他服务业、住宿餐饮旅游业需求人数占需求总数的27.35%。而第一产业中的农林牧渔业提供岗位只占岗位需求总数的0.65%。第三产业需求比重为46.20，和去年同期（2014年第一季度第三产业需求比重为43.36）相比上升了2.84个百分点，主要因为从事三产劳动者流到性大，员工流失快，再加上宏安豪生酒店、东方建国酒店、信尧购物广场、大张、大润发超市等商业服务企业的入驻，为社会提供了大量就业岗位，社会新增就业人员逐年在向以服务业为主的第三产业转移。

3、据统计，本年第一季度外来人员5221人，比去年同期相比上升了64.46个百分点，占求职总人数的16.41%，吸纳外地市劳动力较去年同期相比有所上升，主要是因为近几

年我市的招商引资卓有成效,富士康精密机械自动化和新增产能、重庆力帆电动汽车、巨力钢丝绳等一批重大项目的落地。服务业中现代服务业保持较高增速,比重不断提高。吸引了外地人员到我市就业。

4、从人力资源市场供求发展规律来看，春节后是市场供需的传统旺季，通过春风行动大型现场招聘会、专场招聘会、每周二五招聘会，市场供求趋于稳定，春节期间的阶段性用工紧缺基本得到缓解。

二、产业、行业劳动力需求状况

1、产业（见表2）

从产业需求看，第二产业和第三产业需求人数较多，占总需求人数的99.35%；第一产业需求人数只占需求总数的0.65%。就业岗位主要集中在第二、第三产业。

2、行业（见表3）

从行业需求看，用工需求最大的前五个行业分别是:制造业、批发和零售业、居民服务和其他服务业、住宿餐饮旅游业、租赁和商务服务业。制造业、批发和零售业、居民服务和其他服务业的用人需求比重总和达76.51，是市场岗位需求的主导行业。

三、用人单位需求状况（见表4）

从用人单位需求看，企业的用人需求9962人，占总需求的72.88%，个体经营组织的用人需求3641人，占总需求的26.44%，机关、事业单位和其他的用人需求66人，占总需求的0.48%。企业用人需求仍占主体地位。

四、按职业分类供求情况分析（见表5）

从职业需求情况看，生产运输设备操作工、商业和服务业人员是吸纳劳动力的主渠道，所占比重分别为44.06%，33.24%，合计占总需求量的77.30%。

从求职情况看，求职人数相对集中的职业是生产运输设备操作工、商业和服务业人员，所占比重分别为26.36%、24.60%，合计占总求职人数的50.96%。

五、求职人员分类状况（见表6）

在所有求职人员中，本市人员求职为26599人,与去年同期（2014年第一季度本市求职人员为10494人）相比上升了43.42%,外埠求职人员为5221人，与去年同期（2014年第一季度外埠人员求职为1128人）相比上升了64.46%。

六、招聘、应聘条件状况

1、性别（见表7）

从对劳动者的性别需求看，对男性的用人需求为31.33%，对女性的用人需求为20.54%，无要求为48.12%。

从求职者的性别结构看，男性的求职人数多于女性，所占比重分别为52.00和48.00。

2、年龄（见表8）

从用人单位对劳动者的年龄要求来看，16-34岁之间的用人需求占总体需求的69.76%，比去年同期（2014年第一季度16-34岁之间的用人需求占总体需求的69.69%）高0.07个百分点。而35-44岁、45岁以上用人需求占总体需求的19.96%，比去年同期（2013年第一季度35-44岁、45岁以上用人需求占总体需求的19.49%）高0.47个百分点。

从求职者的年龄构成来看，16-34岁之间的人员占求职总数的83.94%。
