如何有效布置与批改英语作业 作业是学科教学的延伸和补充,是对单位时间内所学知识的复习与巩固,是教师用来检查教学效果、指导学生学习的教学手段之一。教师通过作业可以及时了解学生的学习状况,并据此调节、改善自己的教学。可是,不少初中英语教师在布置和处理作业的过程中常常不自觉地步入“题海”的误区,其结果不仅空耗了自己和学生大量的宝贵时间,而且导致学生厌学,降低了教学质量。那么如何有效地规范初中英语作业的布置与批改? 布置作业讲究“四性”。 1.针对性:教师在选题时,只有将学生的水平层次与知识层次有机地结合起来,才能使练习具有较强的针对性。如设计巩固交际语言项目的练习,要重点训练学生运用语言的得体性、规范性;设计巩固语法知识的练习,要重点训练学生掌握语法知识的准确性;设计口语练习,要重点训练学生口头表达语言的准确性和流利性。我们既反对重笔头、轻听力、轻口语的单一型练习模式,又反对不加选择、大量盲目“引进”习题的做法(它往往是导致陷入“题海”的直接原因)。笔者认为,在布置作业时,须注意以下几点:针对性英语作业按其类型可分为课内作业与课外作业;按其形式又可分为听力作业、口语作业与书面作业(笔头作业)。除借助课堂讲授以外,教师还要借助作业来解决教学内容中的重点、难点,从而实现教学目的,使不同层次的学生各有所获。因此,采用何种类型和形式的作业,就需要根据每次作业的重点和学生具体情况来确定。教师在选题时,只有将学生的水平层次(个体层次)与知识层次(“四会"层次)有机地结合起来,才能使练习具有较强的针对性。如设计巩固交际语言项目的练习(书面作业),要重点训练学生运用语言的得体性、规范性;设计巩固语法知识的练习,要重点训练学生掌握语法知识的准确性;设计口语练习,要重点训练学生口头表达语言的准确性和流利性 2.层次性:教师在布置作业时要遵循“因材施教”这一教学原则,在完成单位时间内的教学内容后,结合教学内容和学生实际水平,布置层次分明、结构合理、题量适中的同步作业,对学生个体层次和知识层次要分析并加以区别,不能搞“一刀切”。教师要通过自己精心设计或选编的练习,让每个学生都能有收获,都能享受到成功的快乐。 3.时效性:教师布置的作业应以强化和巩固当堂或一单元内所授重点、难点知识为主,不宜有过多超前或滞后的知识内容。若某作业作为课内作业,就不能作为课外练习。这样学生才能明白每次作业训练的主旨,才能完成得轻松、愉快、有成效。作业不仅是单位时间内教学内容的延伸与补充,而且是对某一阶段内重点知识的巩固和教学效果的评价,因而它应具有时效性(即教师布置的作业应以强化和巩固当堂或一单元内所授重点、难点知识为主,不宜有过多超前或滞后的知识内容)。若某作业作为课内作业,就不能作为课外练习。这样学生才能明白每次作业训练的主旨,才能完成得轻松、愉快、有成效。如教材同步练习册中的练习(一课一练),就具有较强的时效性。 4.适量性:教师应指导学生在有限的时间内,主要进行学习方法的探索和知识的系统归类,而不是进行大量的、毫无针对性的、机械性的练习。教师应把握好这一原则,做到选材有针对性且题量适中,不可把练习变成“题海”,更不能把布置大量的作业当成学生复习和掌握知识的唯一途径。 批改作业是教学中不可缺少的重要环节,它是教师和学生之间无声的“对话”。通过这种“对话”教师可以从中得到教与学的信息反馈,了解学生对所学知识内容掌握的程度;同时也有利于调整教学内容的进度;学生可以从作业检测中了解对所学内容掌握程度,确立学习目标,改进学习方法。然而笔者在几年的初中英语教学过程中,发现在教师批改作业中存在着以下一些问题。 1.教师花费在作业批改中的时间过长。老师平时要花很多时间在作业批改上,再加上平时小测验、单元检测等等,忙得团团转,探索教学改革的时间难以保证,教学改革也就难以付诸实施,这对现在推行的新课改是一个重大的损失。 2.学生完全处于被动地位。新课程理念的突出特点就是开发学生智力,培养学生能力,让学生学习怎么学习,而不是学习死的知识。可是现在很多教师的作业批改让学生天天忙于按时按量完成作业,不管对与错。于是出现了很多题学生做过好几次结果最后还是错的情况。学生主动思考,自我检查的积极性受到压制。

英语作业的布置与批改英语作业布置阶段检测与批改情况不少初中英语教师在布置作业的过程中,常常不自觉地步入“题海”的误区,其结果是不仅空耗自己和学生大量的宝贵时间,而且导致学生厌学,降低教学质量。如何有效地规范初中英语作业的布置与批改?笔者就此谈谈看法。 作业布置上的“四性” 笔者既反对重笔头、轻听力、轻口语的单一型练习模式,又反对不加选择、大量盲目“引进”习题的做法(它往往是导致陷入“题海”的直接原因)。笔者认为,在布置作业时,必须注意以下几点。 针对性英语作业按其类型可分为课内作业与课外作业;按其形式又可分为听力作业、口语作业与书面作业(笔头作业)。因此,采用何种类型和形式的作业,就需要根据每次作业的重点和学生具体情况来确定。教师在选题时,只有将学生的水平层次(个体层次)与知识层次(“四会”层次)有机地结合起来,才能使练习具有较强的针对性。

层次性教师在布置作业时要遵循“因材施教”这一教学原则,同时还要遵循以下原则:“切进重点、降低起点迎学生;深入浅出、设置情境引学生;长期规划、精心设计练学生;发展能力送学生”。教师在完成单位时间内的教学内容后,应结合教学内容和学生实际水平,布置层次分明(指学生个体层次、知识层次)、结构合理(指题型)、题量适中(指大、小题目数)的同步作业。教师要通过自己精心设计或选编的练习,让每个学生都能有收获,都能享受到成功的快乐。 时效性作业不仅是单位时间内教学内容的延伸与补充,而且是对某一阶段内重点知识的巩固和教学效果的评价,因而它应具有时效性(即教师布置的作业应以强化和巩固当堂或一单元内所授重点、难点知识为主,不宜有过多超前或滞后的知识内容)。这样学生才能明白每次作业训练的主旨,才能完成得轻松、愉快、有成效。 作业批改中的“三结合”
