成功的讲评课可以弥补学生在平时学习中知识方面的欠缺,激发学生的求知欲。

讲评课是指在考完和练习之后对试卷及习题进行分析、进解和点评的课型。要想提高讲评课的质量,必须把握其三个特点:第一要讲考查知识点,进解题策略,讲答题思路;第二要评试卷评学生,研究学生在练习中的出错原因。以便对症下药;第三要练学生在知识运用上存在的“疑点、难点、误区”。把握好这三大特点,增强讲评课的目的性。就能使讲评课成为培养学生能力的综合训练过程。

讲评课前既要认真分析、研究试卷,弄清试卷中知识点的分布情况、试卷的难易度及所占分数比例,也要认真统计和分析学生的答题情况,一方面要掌握学生在各考点的得分、失分情况以及典型错误;另一方面还要按人按题统计好学生的得分情况和出错人数,及时建立学生知识及解题情况档案。

根据试卷分析与数据统计情况,教师必须认真备好讲评课。讲评课必须坚持“两备”,一备内容,讲什么,哪些该讲,该着重讲,哪些不该讲或略讲,仔细查阅学生的答题情况,把学生在试卷中的典型错误、常见错误及普遍性的问题都列举出来,在黑板上演示给学生,让他们自己做医生来看病。所有这些教师在上课前都要认真备课,做到心中有数。二备方法。既要照顾成绩好的学牛.又要特别注意成绩差的学生,对学生考试或练习中出现的错误要正确对待,对于一些经常性犯的错误千万不要讽刺、挖苦、嘲笑,比如说你怎么这么白痴,这个问题我在课堂上强调过多少遍了,你还是记不住,是不是青菜吃得太多了?可以以一种轻松、幽默的方法提醒他,也许效果更好些。总之,每堂讲评课要使成绩差的学生必有所得,使成绩好的学生必有所悟。

讲评课必须坚持针对性的原则,紧扣“三个思路”。

第一,紧扣命题思路。对于一道题来说,考试时,如果学生能正确揣摩出命题人的考查意图,在做题时能够一眼看穿出题人想考察的知识点,往往一击即中,达到事半功倍的效果。因此,讲评中教师要针对试卷考点,将知识的布局思路、分配比例及每个知识点是从什么角度来考查的等逐一给学生讲清楚,使学生能够明确解答问题所必备的知识,认清自己学习中的不足,以便查漏补缺,确定今后的学习目标和努力方向。针对不同的体裁、题材,认清直接信息题、归纳总结题和推理题,做出合理判断。

第二紧扣答题思路。讲评中要给学生讲解答题的基本思路,使学生逐步掌握答题的基本方法和技巧。不能只讲哪个答案正确,哪个答案不正确;还要讲为什么正确,为什么不正确,要使学生会一题,懂一类,收到举一反三的实效。

阅读理解题常考学生对文章的主题、寓意、结论及作者的写作目的、对某个问题的看法和态度等,学生在做这类理解题时常犯错误。教师在引导学生进行分析后,要进行归纳总结,并指出解题思路:做阅读理解题,抓文章的深层意义不能瞎碰乱猜,也不能根据个人观点随意而定,而要善于发现文章中的“蛛丝马迹”、“弦外之音”,按照文中的提示,考虑到上下文的

联系,通过概括、归纳、常识、逻辑、推理,理解文章的主旨,从而确定问题的正确答案。

第三紧扣学生答题时可能会产生的错误思路。讲评时,要帮助学生分析错误原因,即分析导致学生对试题进行错误分析从而得出错误结论的原因,帮助他们从中吸取教训。例如:在复习定语从句时,遇到这样一道题:

讲评课必须坚持实效性原则,落实“三个环节”。

第一,落实学生自我消化环节,讲评后,要留有一定时间让学生进行自我消化,要求学生认真阅读试卷,清理并登记失分知识点,弄懂自己未掌握的知识,并在消化过程中提出新的问题。每个学生必备一本“纠错本”,把自己在考试或练习中的错题摘录在笔记本上,时时来复习检查自己的薄落环节。

第二,落实帮助学生消化环节。讲评后,教师要排出试卷中出错率较高的试题,放在平时的讲练中和下次的考试中,增强知识点再现率,帮助学生消化巩固知识,以检查学生的订正效果和讲评成效。

第三,落实好对后进生的辅导环节,在这些后进生的群体中,有为数不少的学生数理化等学科的成绩良好,外语成绩的落后使他们考重点大学或本科成为“绊脚石”,教师在课堂上面对的是全体学生,不可能顾及所有的差生,尽管听了讲评课,仍有一些后进生对某些问题搞不清。因此,课外很有必要及时地进一步给予个别辅导,特别留心这些后进生的失分原因,以帮助后进生彻底弄清没有弄清的问题,以便强化讲评效果,全面提高教学质量。

老是听到老师抱怨说上讲课太累,45分钟老是教师讲个不停,学生像听书一样,检查下来的结果,还是错题照错,效果并不理想。那么老师该思考一下,能否改变一下讲评课的方式,不要老是一味的教师讲,学生听,一堂课下来是学生沮丧,老师疲惫,效果是事倍功半。其实讲评课的形式是多样的,可以让学生讲评某一题型,也可采用同伴讲评的方法,这样就能把学生的积极性充分调动起来,突出他们的主体地位,教师的身份不再是讲解者,而是监督者、指导者和参与者了,教师把“主动参与、乐于探究、交流与合作”引入讲评课,让学生自己讲评,让他们站在居高临下的角度以批评的眼光来审阅自己的作品,使他们树立信心,拓展思雏,这样,教师自己的负担减轻了,学生对讲评课的举浓厚了,从而收到事半功倍的效果。

讲评课的教学结构大致是:

交代目标任务---总结---点评---补偿练习

交代目标任务:教师要交代清楚本节课讲什么,练什么,要实现什么样的教学目标。

总结:教师要大概总结一下全体学生的答题情况,诸如,及格人数、及格率,优秀人数、优秀率,人平分,各个题型的得分率,哪些方面表现好,哪些方面表现不好,具体的说就是学生的听力、阅读、写作、词汇、句型、语法等方面的优点和不足。

点评:教师要抓住关键进行点评,不同的题型有不同的点评重点,下面简单地谈谈各题型的

讲评要点:

I、听力讲评要点:对话或者独白的大意,所涉及到的时间、地点、人物(人物之间的关系、人物的社会角色、人物的感觉情绪心理状态),对话的内容及对话人的意图、交际目的,行为和事件发生的起因、过程和结果等等。

II、完型填空题讲评要点:

1、分析学生失分率较高的题目以及失分原因;

2、要适当讲一讲该题型的命题特点和原则;

3、要适当讲一讲该题型解题的方法和策略,譬如:通读全文懂大意,空格之处求精细,上下求索找信息,左顾右盼找联系,瞻前顾后应主题;

4、要善于引导学生的思维过程和培养其逻辑推理能力。

IV、阅读理解讲评要点:

1、分析学生失分率较高的题目以及失分原因;

2、要适当讲一讲该题型的命题特点和原则;

3、要适当讲一讲该题型解题的方法、技巧和策略;

4、短文的题材和体裁,不同体裁用不同的阅读技巧;

5、该题命题意图和考查目的,可按照主旨题、事实题、细节题、推理判断题、词义推测题来分类;

6、如何快速寻找有效信息、如何寻找推理判断题的推理依据;

7、如何处理非常复杂的句子和大量的生词。

(3 )补偿练习

补偿练习的设计要有针对性,突出重点、难点、热点和考点,题干要简洁,形式要多样化,可以是选择题,填空题、问答题、单句改错题、句型转换题、汉译英、英译汉等等。

(4 )教学方法:教学方法得当有效,要体现以学生为主体的教学原则,讲练结合,精讲精练,启发学生思维,培养学生能力,讲评课常采用谈话法、讲授法、练习法等。

如何提高外语教学质量,始终是一个常谈不衰的话题。随着课程改革的进一步深入和社会对外语人才的多方位需求,给英语教师带来了更大的难题,我们必须不断努力探索与实践。

一、更新理念、转变策略——适应现代社会对英语教学的要求

As we all know, there is a useful proverb that’s Never too old to learn. 联合国教科文组织对外语教学提出的“教学质量=(学生1分+教材2分+环境4分+教法3分)×教师素质”这一公式表明:提高教学质量的关键在教师。“台上一分钟,台下十年功”,英语教师要不断学习。准确把握课程标准的理念、目标和内容,运用教育学和心理学原理,研究语言教学的规律。根据学生的心理特征和实际情况,灵活运用各种教学技巧和方法,发挥课堂教学的调控和组织能力;掌握现代教育技术,在继续学习和实际教学中运用自如;自觉加强中外文化修养,拓宽知识面。同时,要根据教学目标、学生的需要以及当地客观条件,积极地和有创造性地探索有效的教学方法;不断对自己的教学行为进行反思,努力使自己成为具有创新精神的研究型教师。只有在吃透课标、深钻教材、研究学生的前提下,才能做到精心备课,在教学中胸有成竹和有的放矢。

除了学习和研究现代外语教育教学理论外,还要不断提升自己的专业素养即教学能力和教学策略。根据英语教学目的与内容的需要,英语教师应在听力、口语、阅读、写作、翻译等方面具有较高的水平,力求语音纯正、词汇丰富、语法正确、语言得体;应具有较强的语篇理解能力和分析能力;应掌握语言基础知识和英语国家的文化背景知识,提高运用英语进行交际的能力。但是,仅具有较高的英语语言水平是不够的。在优质课竞赛中,有的参赛选手能讲一口流利、地道的英语,然而教学基本上采用传统模式,未能发挥学生的主体作用,有的教学环节尚不到位,导致教学效果不够理想。英语教学是师生之间、学生之间思想、情感、信息互相交流的过程。可见,钻研和优化教学策略也是当务之急。河南洛阳师范学院外语系李银芳教授的“教学五策略”可供借鉴:问题策略——创设问题情景,确立目标、方向;实践策略——猜想、假设、实践,自主参与研究;归纳策略——交流、梳理、归纳,概括结论;交际策略——诱导学生开口,增强语感,全班互动;创新策略——解决实际问题,巩固、扩展、创新。该教学策略是以学生“自主学习”的教育教学理论为指导,充分调动学生学习的自主性、能动性和积极性,使知识教学和能力培养并重;以培养和提高学生的科学素质为宗旨,让学生在学习英语中经历探究科学知识的过程。教师要坚持不懈地学习,利用新理念、新思维、新方法不断充实和武装自己,只有师高才能弟子强。

二、宽松、和谐——创设民主教学氛围

课堂是教学工作的主阵地,也是提高教学质量的主要渠道。过去传统的教学模式已不能适应新的教育体制和要求,我们要更新教育教学观念,转变工作作风,建立民主平等的师生关系,营造宽松、和谐的教学氛围。契可夫认为:“就教学工作的效果来看,很重要的一点是要看师生之间的关系如何。”教学过程不仅是学生的认知过程,也是一种活生生的师生情感交流过程。师生之间“情不通”则“理不达”,很难实现主导与主体的紧密配合。教师的主导作用就在于调动和发挥学生的主动性。《学记》上说,“亲其师,信其道”,而“信其道”就会产生“学

其理”的积极性。学生只有对老师、对英语、对英语学习以及英语文化有积极的情感,才能保持英语学习的兴趣并取得成绩。消极的情感不仅会影响学生英语学习的效果,而且会影响学生的全面发展和长远发展。在英语教学中教师要特别关注学生的情感,对学生一视同仁,尊重每个学生,尤其要关注性格内向或学习有困难的学生,积极鼓励他们在学习中努力尝试。同时,教师要创设各种合作学习的活动,促使学生互相学习、互相帮助,体念集体荣誉感,发展合作精神,建立融洽的师生交流渠道。不要让学生对你感到一味的害怕甚至不敢接近你,要做到严肃活泼,严慈相济。如果在学习、生活和工作中,学生视你为良师益友乃至亲人,这种师生关系必定是融洽的,对教学活动将起到积极的促进作用。

营造宽松、和谐的教学氛围,还表现在要让学生敢于开口,乐于实践。对学生的点滴进步要及时给予表扬和鼓励,使他们树立自信心,获得成就感。教师要引导学生主动学习,帮助他们形成以能力发展为目的的学习方式,发展听、说、读、写的综合语言技能。对学生在口语表达中出现的错误,要根据教学活动的目的和错误的类型采取相应的解决办法,不要有错必纠,要让他们自由发挥自由讨论,自行发现和解决问题,必要时作一点精点导向。要尊重学生的个体差异,对有特殊需要的学生,教师要给予必要的个体指导和帮助,使他们掌握力所能及的知识;帮助他们摸索适合自己的学习方法并独立制定具有个性的学习计划,培养自主学习的能力。教师要经常与学生一起反思学习过程和效果,互相鼓励和帮助,做到教学相长。只有学生从“要我学”变成“我要学”,由“学会”变成“会学”了,教师才会真正感到轻松和放心,教学质量才会有所提高。

三、精讲多练,重在落实——优化课堂教学模式

Practice makes perfect. 要使英语知识落到实处,达到提高教学质量的目的,必须注重精讲多练,贯穿语言的实践性。对此,我们要合理而有效地安排课堂教学结构。以前的《英语教学大纲》规定教师的讲授时间一般不超过课时的30%不无科学道理和现实指导意义。其实质是要求课堂教学要精讲多练,把大量的空间和时间还给学生,让他们自由支配,做学习的真正主人。对于外语基础较差的学生,可灵活调整讲授时间,但也不宜超过50% 。精讲多练是教师主导与学生主体的具体体现。精讲,即蜻蜓点水,画龙点睛,直截了当,不绕圈子,不说题外话;多练,即学生反复实践和应用,这是学生吸收和消化知识的重要途径。练可以是口头的、笔头的,个体的或集体的,也可以是单项的或综合的。

要做到精讲多练,使课堂知识落到实处,最有效的手段是充分利用现代教育资源如录音、幻灯、挂图、投影、光盘等视听器材。这样视听结合,有机统一,既符合人的认知规律,还节约了大量的板书时间,使教学活动生动直观,兴趣盎然。电教视听器材有人为行为无法比拟的特点,特别是教材同步录音带要很好使用,能让学生逐步适应和模仿正统英美人士的标准英语语言,培养语感,提高听说能力;教材配套听力训练带能培养学生阅读理解能力,提高书面表达能力。多媒体的优点是容量大易保存,融听、说、读、写于一体,使学生在乐中求知。此外,教师还可根据学生水平自行录制一些英语故事、幽默、小品和歌曲等,以激发兴趣,培养听力。长期运用电教动感器材于教学中,师生都会受益匪浅。

要提高课堂教学质量,还必须注重当堂知识当堂消化,杜绝课内损失课外补的不良做法。我们常有发现,有的老师课堂教学效果不理想,总抱怨学生没精打采,萎靡不振,不配合教学活动,原因何在?主要是他们“满堂灌”而出现了课堂遗留问题,不注重当堂知识当堂消化。将大量的课堂练习变成了课外作业,加重了学生的课业负担和心理负担。为了应付老师的检

查,他们不得不努力挤占课余时间“完成”作业,怎么休息?怎么调节大脑?怎么会有精神和心情去上好下一堂甚至下几堂课?学生每天埋头挣扎在作业堆里,无法自主支配,无法发挥特长,其学习行为已被老师主宰,良知和天性近乎泯灭,这和一台机器有什么区别呢?课内损失课外补的做法于人于己都没有好处。不仅自己的教学内容没有教过手,心中没有塌实感,有的甚至炒“回锅肉”,费力不讨好;而且会僵化师生关系,学生怨声载道,拒你而远之,久则产生厌学情绪,何谈提高教学质量?

四、激发英语学习兴趣——积极开展课外活动

课外活动是培养和发展学生语言运用能力的重要途径,有利于增长知识,开阔视野,发展特长。Interest is the best teacher. 课外活动应以发展学生的学习兴趣,扩展语言实践的深度和广度,培养学生的学习能力和语言综合应用能力为目的,提倡重在参与,培养合作精神。教师应有计划地组织内容丰富、形式多样的英语课外活动,如朗诵、唱歌、演剧、英语角、英语班会、读书会、故事会、书法比赛、影视欣赏、英语板报以及知识竞赛等。教师要善于诱导,保护学生的好奇心,培养他们的自主性和创新意识,并在活动中给予必要的指导和帮助。

总之,提高英语教学质量的方法颇多,我们要因材施教,实事求是地采取适合本校条件、本班情况的具体措施来完善常规教育教学。然而,提高自我,研究课标,活化教材,融洽师生关系,活跃教学气氛,优化课堂结构,狠抓落实,始终是行之有效的重要方法。只要付诸具体行动,持之以恒,我们的外语教学就一定会取得事半功倍的效果。

杜郎口英语教学模式学习心得

第一遍:小组范围内,由展示同学组织,逐渐浏览每段知识点,相互展示其预习成果,尤其是含有新单词的有用表达和以前的常用词组

第二遍:展示员上讲台分段给大家讲解每段的知识点,尤其是重点词组,句型。现在分词相关的语法

第三遍:老师纠错,点评,考点难点给与强调。最后向学生提出在刚才没提及的问题。

第四遍:小组范围内,组长组织,解决问题。

三四遍之间翻译员逐段翻译,然后听录音

第四遍完了后,学生相互答疑。

赴杜郎口中学学习考察报告

一、教师备课

杜郎口中学以导学案取代了教案,同年级的学生使用相同的导学案。同一备课组的老师分工合作,资源共享。例如语文,同课头的3个老师每人每周作为主备人负责备两节课。备课时尽可能广泛地搜集该课的相关资料,提前一周把自己搜集的的资料及编写的导学案提交给其他老师,其他老师根据自己的实际和学生情况做必要的补充完善。

学案分为主案和副案两大部分。主案主要写教学目标、教学内容、文本分析、展示内容等传统的共性的东西。副案主要写预习指导、任务及时间分配、展示的方法与形式、规律总结、拓展提升等原创性的个性化的东西。

学案编制的要求:

一般遵循以“问题”为线索的原则,把学生需要在本节课掌握的知识、技能等编写成一个个问题。

1、一定要融入老师的智慧,多编制一些课本上没有现成答案的问题。要学会打预防针,突出学生易出错的地方。

2、将学案与练案融为一体。

3、要做好新知识与旧知识,课本知识与生活知识的衔接。例如,要学一元二次方程,可以先从一元一次方程引入。

4、预习学案的编制应遵循由易到难、由简到繁的原则。在跨度大的知识之间设置一些过渡性的小问题,就像梯子,可以多设置几个横杠。

二、教师上课

(一)预习课

预习:学习的起点----让50%的学生通过自学掌握50%的问题,然后通过合作交流,再让70%的学生掌握70%的问题,建构起初步的知识结构。预习课教师主要做以下工作:

1、出示预习目标,明确预习方法。教师板书或口述提出,师生共同提出。如果学习任务适合分配到学习小组,可进行任务分配,规定预习时间。

2做好预习指导。学生预习时,教师以参与者的身份参与到学生中去,解答学生的疑惑,进行必要的指导。

3、收集预习疑难,掌握需要展示的内容。

预习课的三个问题:

(1)学习小组划分的方法。每班分为6个学习小组,每组6人。每个组之间的学习实力尽量均衡,组内学生按成绩高低编号(编号经过一段时间可根据学习成绩的变化调整),以便于老师指导及展示时展示不同层次的问题。

(2)预习学案如何展示给学生?①需要完全给学生的(如反馈练习等),印出来学生人手一份。②需要重点部分给学生的,可以抄写在黑板上或用小纸条的形式发给每一个小组。

③反映在多媒体屏幕上。

(3)如何保证每一个小组都能完成所有的预习任务?①用评价机制引领。参加本组展示计5分,参加别组展示计10分。②让展示的同学提问检查其他5组同学对该展示内容的掌握情况。

(二)展示课

先学后“教”,当堂达标。展示分为组内的小展示和班内的大展示。展示内容:展示普遍性的问题,具有代表性的问题,学生出错率高的、能归纳方法规律的重点展示。太难和太易的都不作为展示内容。展示过程教师要敢于“利用”学生,实现学生自身能力差异的资源共享,“兵教兵”、“兵练兵”、“兵带兵”、“兵强兵”。

展示课重点备什么?(1)展示形式。展示形式应力求新颖多样。例如,初三数学的折叠,各种图形的折叠可以用纸板等实物。生物的人体代谢可以用医生与病人的情景小剧等。(2)预见性困难。(3)追问的方式与问题设计。(4)需拓展、延伸的内容(为了达到举一反三、触类旁通的目的)。(5)提升规律。

展示课老师干什么?

1、追问:当学生展示不到位,或学生的错误未被指出时,或学生重点规律未总结出时。

2、点评:点评要及时、准确,就像点穴一样,话越少越精越好,一般不超过五句。

3、拓展:指导学生上下联。例如当学生展示完毕时,老师可以故意改变题目条件、图形等,追问学生。

4、提升规律:归类形成专题,总结提升规律

5、评价:(1)赏识鼓励表现优秀的。

(2)激励赞扬进步变化大的。

关于展示课的三个问题:

1、预习和展示的关系:最常用的是先预习后展示,也可以是大预习大展示。

预习、展示、反馈这三个模块,更像三个环节,不必要非得分得清这节课是预习课还是展示课

六环节也不是每节课都要齐全,而是根据课堂特点有所侧重和取舍。

2、如何防止学生展示价值不高的问题;(1)学生提问时,要有自己的初步看法。(2)集体讨论、组长把关,提出的问题一般是组内解决不了的。

3、老师布置各组的展示任务,必须是在学生全面学习本节内容的基础上的,各组只是展示的内容不同而已。

三、其他问题

(一)高效课堂的三条高压线:A预习不充分的课不准上。B严禁教师与学生抢风头。C必须当堂落实达标。

(二)如何让学生动起来来?

学生不发言是因为无话可说。而无话可说是因为预习自学不得法、不到位。人天生就有求知欲、表现欲,有获得成功、得到肯定赏识的愿望,只要老师预习指导到位得法,评价激励及时恰当(杜郎口人认为没有赏识的课不是好课),让学生动起来并不是太难的事。学生适应新的学习方式,养成新的学习习惯需要一个过程,而这个过程并不需要太长时间。还可以采取以下做法:

1、单独找个别学生谈话,进行鼓励。

2、组织小组内其他同学,去关心、帮助、带动表现不积极的同学。

3、上课加大提问力度,在展示环节,学生提问学生,对于回答不过关者,在学习小组量化评比中扣5分。

4、限时反馈,让学生掌握一些做题技巧及方法。

(三)如何关注待转化生?

1、老师量化考核侧重待转化生。学习成绩居前三分之一的占总评的10%;居中三分之一的占20%;居后三分之一的占70%。

2、考评小组听课重点关注后三分之一的同学能不能参与到展示中来,享受到学习的成功与快乐。每周评选进步之星。

3、在每一节课上更多的关注待转化生的学习状况,结成帮扶对子。在预习中老师可以个别辅导。

(四)分层教学如何体现?

1、一个年级6个班分了三个层次,前30名为第一层次。

2、学案中编制选做题,供学有余力的同学选作。

3、每组6人,采用AA、BB、CC分法,在展示课上展示不同层次的问题。

(五)学生的作业。除了语文、英语作文以外,学生再没有其他作业。但必须做好:(1)双色预习笔记(老师在预习课上可以随时检查),(2)读书笔记,(3)整改纠错本。

四、向杜郎口学习什么

第一遍:小组范围内,由展示同学组织,逐渐浏览每段知识点,相互展示其预习成果,尤其是含有新单词的有用表达和以前的常用词组

第二遍:展示员上讲台分段给大家讲解每段的知识点,尤其是重点词组,句型。现在分词相关的语法

第三遍:老师纠错,点评,考点难点给与强调。最后向学生提出在刚才没提及的问题。

第四遍:小组范围内,组长组织,解决问题。

三四遍之间翻译员逐段翻译,然后听录音

第四遍完了后,学生相互答疑。

感受杜郎口中学的英语课堂教学改革

前不久我有幸去了杜郎口中学学习一个星期。看到杜郎口中学的学生那种自主学习精神,让我为之一震。他们学校的英语课包括预习课、展示课和反馈课这三种课型。每种课型的教学目标、教学要求和教学方法各不相同。

预习课

第一步:在课前安排几分钟时间进行自由说英语,可以是一个人进行话题作文,也可以是二人小对话。题材不限。主要是想让学生在课前就进入一种学习英语的状态。

第二步:展示预习目标。或是用黑板板书出来,或是打印出来发给学生。

第三步:预习单词。学生先根据音标自读单词,然后听录音,通过听录音来纠正他们的不正确发音。在会读的基础上,拓展单词的音、形、义及用法,联系它的反义词、单复数、词性变换等进行学习,并进行造句。最后由老师来检查学生读音的情况,对个别单词进行讲解,教给学生记忆单词的方法。

第四步:预习课文。先让学生快读一遍,让他们对课文有一个感知的认识,初步了解课文的大意。然后让学生听课文录音,并根据听到的课文内容来回答老师设计的问题。接着继续仔细阅读,在这个环节中,或自己去细读,或以对话问答形式读,或以多人讨论的形式来读。

第五步:知识点的梳理。学生通过对课文的预习,找出重难点的词汇、句型和短语,然后在小组内进行讨论总结归纳好,由小组指定一名学生抄写在黑板上。最后由老师点评出课文的重点和难点,让学生把它记在自己的预习笔记本上。

最后就是达标测评了。在预习课上的测评很简单,只是要学生初步了解课文的单词和句型。测评的内容只是涉及到课文上的基础内容,如课文翻译、单词拼写、词组短语等。

预习课非常关键,可以说是整个课堂的生命线和中心环节。如果不预习好,他们宁愿不上展示课。预习课视学生和课文难易情况进行安排,可以是一节或2节。

展示课

第一步:Writing。让学生主动在黑板上写出课本的重点单词、词组和句型,然后由学生相互纠改,最后由老师点评。

第二步:Listening。听课文录音,学生听后回答问题,目的是培养学生的听力。

第三步:Acting(表演)。这个环节是为了强化学生口语表达能力和了解学生对课文的语言点的掌握程度。表演和操练前可以先让他们准备几分钟的时间。

第四步:Language Points(语言点)。学生把自己在预习课时找到的语言点在课堂上进行展示,通过展示,让学生们相互学习相互促进,共同纠错共同进步!

第五步:Practice 。让学生练习一些围绕课文重点知识而编写的题目,目的在于巩固所学过的知识。个人先做,然后在小组内交流讨论,充分发表各自的见解,有时甚至引起激烈的争论。最后由各组人员在斑上具体讲解。

最后就是课堂的评价,由老师、组长、科代表对课堂进行评价。课堂评价以表扬和鼓励的形式,目的是使学生得到是一种肯定和认可!我觉得他们这个环节很好也很关键,因为每个人都希望得到别人的肯定和认可,学生也不例外。

反馈课

反馈课就是对这单元所学的知识进行复习和巩固,一些学生在展示时没有落实到位的知识通过反馈进一步落实。

他们的步骤是这样的:1、先叫几个学生在黑板上默写这一个单元的重点单词和短语,然后学生相互改正。2、着重练习这个单元的重点句型,主要通过对话形式来进行,有时也通过展示来进行。3、找出单元的知识点和重点难点。他们的反馈形式灵活多样,都是根据本班的情况来决定的。

三、其他问题

(一)高效课堂的三条高压线:A预习不充分的课不准上。B严禁教师与学生抢风头。C必须当堂落实达标。

(二)如何让学生动起来来?

学生不发言是因为无话可说。而无话可说是因为预习自学不得法、不到位。人天生就有求知

欲、表现欲,有获得成功、得到肯定赏识的愿望,只要老师预习指导到位得法,评价激励及时恰当(杜郎口人认为没有赏识的课不是好课),让学生动起来并不是太难的事。学生适应新的学习方式,养成新的学习习惯需要一个过程,而这个过程并不需要太长时间。还可以采取以下做法:

1、单独找个别学生谈话,进行鼓励。

2、组织小组内其他同学,去关心、帮助、带动表现不积极的同学。

3、上课加大提问力度,在展示环节,学生提问学生,对于回答不过关者,在学习小组量化评比中扣5分。

4、限时反馈,让学生掌握一些做题技巧及方法。

(三)如何关注待转化生?

1、老师量化考核侧重待转化生。学习成绩居前三分之一的占总评的10%;居中三分之一的占20%;居后三分之一的占70%。

2、考评小组听课重点关注后三分之一的同学能不能参与到展示中来,享受到学习的成功与快乐。每周评选进步之星。

3、在每一节课上更多的关注待转化生的学习状况,结成帮扶对子。在预习中老师可以个别辅导。

(四)分层教学如何体现?

1、一个年级6个班分了三个层次,前30名为第一层次。

2、学案中编制选做题,供学有余力的同学选作。

3、每组6人,采用AA、BB、CC分法,在展示课上展示不同层次的问题。

(五)学生的作业。除了语文、英语作文以外,学生再没有其他作业。但必须做好:(1)双色预习笔记(老师在预习课上可以随时检查),(2)读书笔记,(3)整改纠错本。

四、向杜郎口学习什么
