2017高中教师读书心得体味篇1
初次邂逅《陪孩子走过小学六年》这本家庭教育书籍，是在长春的联合书城。当时和好朋友一起去买书，为了凑够买300元钞票的书就能够办一张会员卡，我就坚决果断的听了书店工作人员的介绍买了这本书，理由是这本书书是师大附小的老师推举给家长看的。
回到家之后，利用空暇时刻渐渐品读，更有一种相见恨晚的感受。读了一遍后，又挑重点地点读了第二遍。本书的作者是刘称莲。她是一具一般的母亲，在培养自己孩子的过程中，注重营造良好的家庭教育环境，从实践中摸索出了丰富的家庭教育经验，倡导和谐的亲子关系，用科学的办法培养自己的孩子，18年的时刻，她培养了一具素养全面，成绩优秀的女儿，她的女儿并且被北大和香港大学录用。本书重点记录的她的女儿在小学时期成长的点滴。
读完此书，作为教师的我才感受到对自己亲孩子的教育与人家相比确实是汗颜。在培养孩子的写作能力上，我没有像作者那样给孩子写下水作文；在培养孩子的耐心时，我可不能像作者那样陪孩子一起玩拼图，让孩子从中体味到输得起的人一辈子态度；在节假日，我没有把逛书店作为孩子休闲交流的地点，让孩子泡在书海中学习和感觉这一桩桩事例，无别体现出作者的动身点，基本上基于有利于孩子成长来思考的。
此书让我的收获颇丰，如今谈谈自己感觉最深的地点：
一、让孩子泡在书海中。往常我总是说自己的孩子别喜欢读课外书，事实上是我没有寻到正确的引导的办法。首先家里要有适合孩子阅读的书，父母更要和孩子一起读书，这一点和我校的亲子共读是一致的。让孩子读感兴趣的书，哪怕开始的时候和学习的书并没关，但是当孩子的兴趣培养起来后，他就会别知别觉中要求看更多方面的书，这是名著和文学书籍就会走近孩子的视野中。从我亲孩子的身上我就明显的感觉到了这一点，往常的亲孩子从来别读课外书，是一本校园文学书《调皮包马小跳》让他爱上了校园文学。那次我和他一起去书店买学习用品，亲孩子自己挑了一本《调皮包马小跳》。回到家后，我陪亲孩子一起看，亲孩子一看就上瘾了，连上厕所的时候都在看，看完后，
又央求我给他买另一本。
看到亲孩子有主动读书的愿望，我没有吝啬钞票，在上给亲孩子买了全套的《调皮包马小跳》共20本。看到亲孩子捧着新爱的书读的时候，我确实感受的由衷的高兴，当亲孩子读完这一套之后，又读了杨红樱的《笑猫日记》全套16册和《美丽老师和坏小子》系列。如今每当我和亲孩子去吉林或者长春的时候，孩子最爱去的地点别是游乐园，而是书店。我们母子都喜欢在书海中闲逛，畅游。现在，亲孩子读完的书差不多有几十本了。这中间包括校园文学、四大名著、科普知识等等，只要是亲孩子买书的要求，我一律接受。如今我感受到亲孩子写作文别在像往常那样词穷了。书读多了，他的想象力也丰富了。每天我家睡觉前都会看到我和亲孩子各持一本书在床头品读，尽管是个读个的，但孩子确实是爱上了阅读。
二、爱在自由里。孩子别是机器，教育别能揠苗助长，教育别仅仅是大道理，而是把父母的爱化做涓涓细流，时间滋润孩子成长的心田，与孩子合拍。在教育孩子方面，要知道得孩子算是一具独特的存在。别要因为虚荣心而一味的在孩子成绩方面和别人攀比，在孩子小学六年的生涯中，用教育学的眼光看待孩子，渐渐等待孩子一点一滴的成长，多一点耐心与爱心，让他把各方面基础都打扎实了，正如厚积而勃发。在给孩子学习时刻的并且更应该给孩子玩的时刻，有的时候，玩中也是一种学习。让孩子在欢乐中成长，相信是每个为人父母的最大的心声。
读完此书，收获还别仅仅是这些，我会把我学到的教育理念别单用在自己孩子的身上，也会运用在我的学生身上，让我的学生们也在陪伴与自由中欢乐成长，让我的学生在学习中得到更多的成长。
