Now I will introduce myself briefly
I am 25 years old, born in Henan province. I graduated from Henan University. My major is electronic, and I got my bachelor degree after my graduation in the year of 2004.
I spend most of my time on study, I have passed CET4/6, and I have acquired basic knowledge of my major during my school time. In July 2003, I begin working for a small private company as a technical support engineer in Beijing. Because I’m capable of more responsibilities, so I decided to change my job.
And in August 2004,I left Beijing to Tangshan and worked for a foreign enterprise as a automation software test engineer. Because I want to change my working environment, I’d like to find a job which is more challenging. Moreover Motorola is a global company, so I feel I can gain the most from working in this kind of company environment. That is the reason why I come here to compete for this position.
I think I’m a good team player and I’m a person of great honesty to others. Also I am
able to work under great pressure.

要在他们彼此不认识的情况下介绍。我当介绍人，我介绍双方认识的时候，我得先考虑他们彼此是否认识，当然这在实际操作中会有一定的暗示，环境和人为的要求启示你有必要向他们对方做彼此自我介绍。

要关注其先后顺序。具体操作时，你要注意次序问题。就是把谁介绍给谁。按照社交礼仪，标准的做法：是先介绍主人。这种介绍不分男女，不论老幼，也不看职务高低，这是一种宾主介绍。进行宾主介绍要先介绍主人，为什么呢?因为客人拥有优先知情权。换而言之，先介绍的人应该是地位低的，比如介绍男人和女人时，先介绍男士，后介绍女士。介绍晚辈和长辈时，先介绍晚辈，后介绍长辈。介绍上级和下级时，先介绍职位低的，后介绍职位高的。介绍主人和客人时，先介绍主人，后介绍客人。有时候，宾主双方都不止一个人，那你还要注意，还是要先介绍主人，介绍主人的时候，具体应该按照职务高低排序，先介绍董事长和总经理，然后再介绍部门经理。介绍客人时，也按照职务高低排序，先介绍职务高的，后介绍地位低的。
禁忌
不要夸耀自己的丰功伟绩，小心在别人眼里不值一提。
不要篇幅较短，那会显得你很没有文化;也不要长编大论，那会很冗长，让人对你没有兴趣。
在不同的场合要有不同的自我介绍，不要用同一种，那会显得很分不清场合，就是老人常言的拎不清。
自我介绍切忌话多。比如说，交行二面要求每个人用三句话介绍自己，难道真的只能姓名+专业+学校了?当然要变通。像我就说：第一句话，英语好;第二句话，专业对口;第三句话，性格优势。然后扩展稍微讲几句，效果非常好。
要注意逻辑和结构。有些人的自我介绍信手拈来，随便讲，天马行空，没有重点和结构，势必让人摸不着头脑，因此要自己理出一条线，有条不紊地讲。
语速要慢一点，注意抑扬顿挫。
可以说一下自己的不足，但是可以以另一种方式，比如我的处理方式，如果有时比较急躁，可以说成太急于求成;有时对于细节不肯放过而误了大局，可以说成太过于追求完美等等。总之，处理得好就可以了。
团队精神或者协调能力越来越受到用人单位青睐，因此这一层需要个人大致作出自己的态度与信念。[2]

自我介绍是面试中非常关键的一步，许多面试官提的第一个问题往往就是能否请您做一下自我介绍？因此，自我介绍也被称为面试第一问。在自我介绍中，面试官可以借机考察应聘者的语言表达能力、应变能力；应聘者也可以主动向面试官推荐自己，展示才华。 自我介绍的时间一般为3分钟左右，有些外企仅为1分钟。在如此短的时间内，毕业生如何秀出自己呢？该做哪些准备？有什么问题值得注意？一些实例希望能给毕业生提供一些就业指导。 案例一：如何把握时间？ 研究生毕业的小刘很健谈，口才甚佳，对自我介绍，他自认为不在话下，所以他从来不准备，看什么人说什么话。他的求职目标是地产策划，有一次，应聘本地一家大型房地产公司，在自我介绍时，他大谈起了房地产行业的走向，由于跑题太远，面试官不得不把话题收回来。自我介绍也只能半途而止。 一分钟谈一项内容 自我介绍的时间一般为3分钟，在时间的分配上，第一分钟可谈谈学历等个人基本情况，第二分钟可谈谈工作经历，对于应届毕业生而言可谈相关的社会实践，第三分钟可谈对本职位的理想和对于本行业的看法。如果自我介绍要求在1分钟内完成，自我介绍就要有所侧重，突出一点，不及其余。 在实践中，有些应聘者不了解自我介绍的重要性，只是简短地介绍一下自己的姓名、身份，其后补充一些有关自己的学历、工作经历等情况，大约半分钟左右就结束了自我介绍，然后望着考官，等待下面的提问，这是相当不妥的，白白浪费了一次向面试官推荐自己的宝贵机会。而另一些应聘者则试图将自己的全部经历都压缩在这几分钟内，这也是不明智的做法。合理地安排自我介绍的时间，突出重点是首先要考虑的问题。
案例：二语气别太做作 小芳去应聘南方某媒体，面试在一个大的办公室内进行，五人一小组，围绕话题自由讨论。面试官要求每位应聘者先作自我介绍，小芳是第二位，与前面应聘者一句一顿的介绍不同，她早做了准备，将大学四年里所干的事，写了一段话，还作了一些修饰，注重韵脚，听起来有些押韵。小芳的介绍极流利，但美中不足的是给人背诵的感觉。 切勿采用背诵口吻 人力资源专家指出，自我介绍可以事前准备，也可以事前找些朋友做练习，但自我介绍应避免书面语言的严整与拘束，而应使用灵活的口头语进行组织。切忌以背诵朗读的口吻介绍自己，如果那样的话，对面试官来说，将是无法忍受的。自我介绍还要注意声线，尽量让声调听来流畅自然，充满自信。 案例三：如何谈成绩？ 小王去应聘某电视节目制作机构的文案写作，面试时，对方首先让他谈谈相关的实践经历。小王所学的专业虽说是新闻传播类，但偏向于纸质媒体，对电视节目制作这一块实践不多。怎么办？小王只好将自己平时参加的一些校园活动说了一大通，听起来挺丰富，但几乎与电视沾不上边。 只说与职位相关的优点 自我介绍时要投其所好摆成绩，这些成绩必须与现在应聘公司的业务性质有关。在面试中，你不仅要告诉考官你是多么优秀的人，更要告诉考官，你如何地适合这个工作岗位。那些与面试无关的内容，即使是你引以为荣的优点和长处，你也要忍痛舍弃。
