波美度、糖度、比重换算表

糖度计与波美计

一波美度(°Bé)是表示溶液浓度的一种方法。把波美比重计浸入所测溶液中,得到的度数叫波美度。波美度以法国化学家波美(Antoine Baume)命名。波美是药房学徒出身,曾任巴黎药学院教授。他创制了液体比重计——波美比重计。因此这种比重计叫做波美比重计。波美比重计有两种:一种叫重表,用于测量比水重的液体;另一种叫轻表,用于测量比水轻的液体。当测得波美度后,从相应化学手册的对照表中可以方便地查出溶液的质量百分比浓度。例如,在15℃测得浓硫酸的波美度是66°Bé,查表可知硫酸的质量百分比浓度是98%。一般比重计测得的比重可以跟波美度通过下列公式换算。在公式中,D1表示比水重的液体的比重(数值上等于它的密度),D2表示比水轻的液体的比重。 浓硫酸比重1.84,故145-145/1.84=66 二波美度数值较大,读数方便,所以在生产上常用波美度表示溶液的浓度(一定浓度的溶液都有一定的密度或比重)。 可溶性固形物含量常被简称为糖度或总糖,也称白利度(Brix),是一种质量-质量百分比,但严格讲应该称为可溶性固形物。测定时,如果要求结果准确应该使用阿贝折光仪或高级的数显糖度计;结果要求不很严格时,可使用手持糖度计。 三糖浆浓度的测定 波美比重计,波美度(简写为°B`e),勃力克斯比重计简写为Bx。 近似用1°B′e≈1.8Bx(只能用于白糖溶液,如果换成其它产品,就不刚好是这个关系了.) 每1Bx相当于溶液中含有1%(重量)的干固物。 四波美度Be与浓度%:不是一个定式,它们之间没有精确的计算公式,可是按照下式求出大概的数值: 浓度%≈1.7311× Be -0.826 五锤度计和糖度计是一回事 溶液的浓度也可用密度法来表示,即用密度计测定。工业生产中盐水的浓度常用波美密度计(Baume′或°Be′)测定;糖水的浓度则用糖度计(Sacchrometer)、波林糖度计(Balling)或白利糖度计(Brix)测定,其中最常用的是白利糖度计,波林糖度计则主要在欧洲使用。为了使用方便,测定糖液用的3种密度计的标度完全一致,均直接表明了糖液浓度的质量百分率。 相对密度是任何溶液的质量和同容积水的质量的比值,它随温度变化而变化,因此测定时必须校正温度。波美密度计、3种糖度计在使用时也必须校正温度。波美密度计种类繁多,我国市场出售的是在15℃标准温度下标刻的“合理”密度计。所谓“合理”即它的0°Be′和15℃时水的密度相当,66°Be′和浓硫酸的密度1.8429相当,而食盐浓度为10%(质量分数,本章均以此表示)时,它的标度正好为10°Be′,因此在0~10°Be′间等分成10格,每格大致相
