八年级英语期末成绩分析

2016-2017学年度八年级第一学期英语期末考试成绩，可以说不尽如人意，我们初二的英语成绩呈现这样几个趋势：

1、英语成绩合格率低。

2、各班之间，学生与学生之间成绩两极分化严重。

3、学生没有良好的考试习惯，容易犯低级错误等等。

面对这不理想的成绩，我从学生角度和我自身找出了一些主要原因，并提出下一步的打算。

一、学生方面：

（1）学生学习很不扎实。浮漂，平时上课好像都能听懂，但课后总是不去消化。老师上课反复强调的知识点和考点没引起足够重视，导致丢分严重。

（2）部分学生英语学科基础相对较差。没有养成良好的英语学习习惯，很难在短期内提高。学生自我约束意识差，较懒惰，上课时相当一部分学生只是听老师讲，并没有动手、动口、动脑，导致所学知识一听就懂、一看就会、但一做就错。

（3）学生落实不到位。学生对老师课上、课下布置的作业，特别是英语的口头作业不能及时完成或根本不做。

（4）学生计划性和学习效率太低。由于小学和初中学习的方式的差异，许多学生的学习主动性差，缺乏计划性，从而导致学习效率太低。在有限的时间内不能完成相应内容，从而出现学习拖欠现象。

（5）学生应试能力还不够，规范落实的不好。还没有形成科学的答题习惯；审题不仔细，答题不严谨，规范性不够。从书写，到答题的规范程度来看都无

法达到要求。如：在这次考试中的听力中，部分学生忽略听力材料中的关键词，最后导致听出多个答案，无从选择。

二、教师方面：

（1）备课落实不够精细，特别是备学生方面，没有做到分层教学，目的性不强，达不到应有的效果。并且在学期初，在授课方面难点把握上不够准确。

（2）作业布置与检查和单元测试组织不够严谨。

（3）利用自习学习英语的学生较少，为解决此问题我今后应加大作业检查力度，并及时反馈，提高作业的时效性，从而帮助学生养成良好地独立学习习惯。

（4）分层管理力度不够。不同的学生采取不同的管理，以后应加强面批、面改作业、谈心交朋友等多种措施，提升学生的学习成绩。

（5）和学生的信息交流不够，导致在课堂教学过程中，课堂效率的提高受到了阻碍，因此在下一步的教学工作中要做好信息反馈，及时了解学生的学习情况，便于更好地指导教。

（6）对学生的学习方法指导和答题方法指导不够。特别是对于初二的学生来说，阅读理解以及写作都存在许多问题，因此在以后的教学过程中要加强有关方面的指导。

三、今后改进措施：

1、应从心理上增强学生的自信心，多采用鼓励教育方式。抓好基础知识，打牢基本功，为以后的顺利教学做好铺路石。

2、多看到学生的闪光点，多给以学生微笑和鼓励，使其不要产生对英语学科的厌倦情绪。减少两极分化现象。充分利用好每一个45分钟，认真备课设计

教学过程，组织灵活多样的教学活动，提高学生的学习爱好。同时，我也不会放弃每一个差生，提高英语学科教学质量。

3、强化听读练习，努力培养语感。在以后的教学中充分利用早晚读，有意识的加强学生听读能力的练习和培养。

4、与各个英语老师之间加强交流，交流方法和心得体会，多听课，多学习，增强自身的综合素质，使教学方法多样化，合理化，把趣味性和实用性紧密结合，努力打造高效课堂，争取在有限的时间内，让学生获得最大的收益。希望在下一阶段的学习中，我能帮助学生一步一个脚印，夯实基础，提高英语学习兴趣和综合素质能力，取得令人满意的成绩。
