每次做飞机填写入关申报表都挺烦人，这次做个记录，两个版本，一个是给来加拿大旅行的，另外一个是给移民（拿PR卡）的人的。在飞机上，空乘人员会给每份发一份加拿大海关申报单（Declaration Card）。入境登记表表格一份两面，一面是英文，一面是法文。填一面就可以。 Forece特别制作了一张翻译表单，给大家对照一下。加拿大申报表– Declaration Card 翻译

在前往加拿大的飞行途中，空乘人员会给旅客派发加拿大的入境申报卡（或叫入境申报单），需要用全英文填写，在入境时要给海关人员核查。家庭住址相同的最多四个人，只需要填同一张申报卡。为了提早做好准备，可以提前下载申报单，在国内就打印填好，到时再在正式表格上填多一遍；更简单的方法，是让加拿大的亲属填好，扫描后email发给国内的亲属，打印好直接带上，在飞机上对着再描一次（不能拿着那份打印的扫描件过关）。有人说可以让同机的乘客或者

空姐帮忙，但这种方法不够稳妥，一是热心帮忙的人未必不出错，二是如果找不到人帮忙填就麻烦大了。申报单的官网下载地址如下：Declaration Card –加拿大海关申报表注意，下载的表格上用斜向排列的灰色字体印着“SPECIMEN”（样本），因此不能直接交给海关，飞机上发的才是正式表格。申报卡的左边一列，是填写说明（Instructions）。右边一列，才是需要填写的内容。以下就我所知（不保证都正确，请注意鉴别）进行详细说明。加拿大海关申报卡填写说明 1.
